I don't even know the payment is taken from payroll until I see the bank statement. I absolutely hate direct draft, but lend firm strategically takes the payment on payroll day , no surprises and easy budgeting

Unfortunately I wouldn't give these… Unfortunately I wouldn't give these people a dime. They actually bypass any fraudulent activity on your account and cancel orders due to that. Horrible customer experience and the management talks to customers horribly. I've never been treated in such a demeaning way. I will actually filing a claim against them with the BBB. They handle things in a shady way. You can never speak to a manager. I think it's like one guy in the office pretending to be multiple people.

I have tried many times to contact them via phone through out the process and always has to message Gage to get a call back. Almost canceled my order due to poor communication and now wish I had. I sent my item back due to poor quality and just have questions regarding the refund process. No answer to email questions or phone. Next step is BBB.

This loan was effortless This loan was effortless. I have less than perfect credit and was approved with a very low 2% interest rate. Payments were low and were pulled directly from my account. Every time I’ve called I spoke to a knowledgeable professional person. Only “bad” thing is they don’t report to your credit. A+ grade though.

Great service, but reporting to the credit bureaus would really help. They got me approved for a loan quickly and easily. I got exactly what I wanted. I set up direct draft so there's really nothing to worry with on the customer side. They do offer a smooth process and a great service. I can't give them 5 stars yet. I really hope they start reporting positive payments to the credit bureaus. It would really help the customer out when it comes to their next loan. If you make positive payments for two years and it doesn't get reported, that's really cutting the credit rating short.
