I never received a loan through Cash… I never received a loan through Cash Aisle. I did however receive an email stating that I owed them $2,551.32. So of course I called to get things figured out. The less-than-pleasant woman was not helpful at all. When I asked if she could email me paperwork in regard to this loan from 2018, she said that she couldn't do that and clearly I already have that information because I called. I said some choice words and hung up. DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE ANYTHING IF YOU HAVEN"T RECEIVED A LOAN FROM THEM!! This is a total scam especially since the woman told me that the "loan" I received was only $600... and now it's $2,551.32...Something is very off with this company and it seems like they are trying to pull money from anywhere they can. I'm not entirely sure how they got my information, so be careful.

i wish i had understood that i would… i wish i had understood that i would have been paying almost 3000 dollars on a 500 dollar loan. it was stupid on my part for not investigating before i even considered getting this loan.

Cash aisle is awesome Cash aisle is awesome. They gave me an opportunity when no one else would and for that I will show appreciation by keeping my end of the bargain and that is to pay my loan payments on time with no mishaps. Thanks cash aisle for giving me that chance to show that I am trust worthy. If you ever need any cash go to the cash aisle, where there never is a line cause there fast and efficient and straight to the pocket.

I understand the process but if someone… I understand the process but if someone is in hospital, nearly died not at work and trying to make arrangements where can reduce payments not don’t pay the loan, But pay something just for a payment or 2 . You get this nasty response from them. Very disappointed, and I’ve been with cash aisle for a long time. Never again poor poor poor.

Would have given more stars if initial… Would have given more stars if initial steps weren’t so long… Overall, the service was performed with great customer service and they handled my request as agreed. Thank you.
