She was extremely helpful, explained everything, took her time and answered all questions I had. I will definitely be recommending this compnay for a loan and definitely with Lindsey. It is extremely hard especially these days to find someone so enthusiastic about their job as well as professional and extremely personable. Customer service is what closes a loan and makes for the best marketing. I don’t know if she is able to get a bonus for every loan she closes or a raise but if I had her as an employee I would definitely be making sure she stayed.
