Wendy, the wicked witch of the south I have had many pleasant experiences with this company until they moved to Avalon ave. in muscle shoals Al. The counter person, wendy webber is rude and snotty to black customers. I am currently seeking another company for my loans. I realize the need for a special personality in this job but wendy is not it--has never been it-- and will never be it. That's ok I can tell when I am not wanted. Lucky me--there are 5 of these places on every street.

Paying them off and never going back I loved check into cash but there is one employee there that has crossed many lines . Has a problem keeping work and personal matters separate . And today asked my husband IN FRONT OF ANOTHER CUSTOMER if he would like some drugs !!!! Unacceptable and I’m really dreading having to go there or my husband go there anymore. Also , who should I contact and complain to rather than the manager there ? That will do no good. Corporate ?

I've had no problems with this company... I've had no problems with this company. They are fast and everything is easy to follow. Only criticism I have is that when I called in this last time to change my loan payback date the guy who answered was obviously eating and talking with his mouth full which I found quite unprofessional and off putting. Other than that I am a happy borrower.
