Kudos to Morghan Kudos to Morghan! As soon as I entered the store on West Tropicana she greeted me in the most helpful and warm way. Before I could give Morghan any information she already knew my name; very impressive. In today's time its far and in between that you have that kind of Customer Service, but she definitely has it and deserves recognition for it. Thanks check City for always taking care of your customers and a huge shout out to Morghan for putting the biggest smile on my face today! 😁

THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO CASH YOUR CHECK! I had a difficult case in that I had a check made out to my business that I needed to cash. Anita at Check Into Cash was absolutely heroic in making this happen for me. She truly did everything she could to make sure I left there with my situation resolved. They truly seem to care about the customer and don't make you feel like a second class citizen as some other places do. And now that I'm in the system, I can just go in and do business in a matter of minutes. Bravo!

STAY AWAY HIGHLY suggest you take your business elsewhere. This company will break privacy laws. A former employee of theirs was using customers info for financial gain. Does corporate not look at security cameras? Does supervisors/managment not check on stores? No one watches or checks on what the employers are doing? This took place at the Enterprise, AL location. Mind boggling.

Charlene at the Westwego store is the…BEST OF THE BEST Charlene at the Westwego store is the sweetest most helpful employees I have ever experienced. She deserves a raise. I have been a customer for over a year and since she has serviced me I have never been more pleased. Michael Cangelosi

Angelica at the North Riverside office… Angelica at the North Riverside office is amazing! She is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! I had an issue in which the system was showing I still had an outstanding loan (which I didn't). Angelica took care of it! I was able to get my loan!! She is awesome! I highly recommend Angelica!
