The counter person, wendy webber is rude and snotty to black customers. I am currently seeking another company for my loans. I realize the need for a special personality in this job but wendy is not it--has never been it-- and will never be it. That's ok I can tell when I am not wanted. Lucky me--there are 5 of these places on every street.

I've had no problems with this company... I've had no problems with this company. They are fast and everything is easy to follow. Only criticism I have is that when I called in this last time to change my loan payback date the guy who answered was obviously eating and talking with his mouth full which I found quite unprofessional and off putting. Other than that I am a happy borrower.

They attempted to debit my account the day before thanksgiving which declined since my payday wasnt until Friday. As a result, I was charged an BAG fee that I have not been reimbursed for. I had to email them a copy of my bank statement and this has still not been resolved.
