GBWeighed, measured, and found wanting Was so excited to get my card, we needed groceries. Went to Walmart for the basics and the card worked with no issues. Went to our favorite store to get meat, card was declined for fraud alert. Had to use my debit card to pay, knowing I still had money coming out. Went through the link sent via text to say it was me, and the response was good to use in "a few minutes". 20 minutes later tried to pay for a fast food supper, and declined again. Fortunately by day two I was using it for online shopping, but still too scared to go to the store without cash back up. Hoping it was just a rocky start and will be smooth sailing now.

GBNo access, No info! Had the card for a while and they suddenly changed banks and now I can't see my account info. The website no longer works and when I call they say its being transitioned and they dont know when it will be completed. Meanwhile, I'm getting fees, no account statements but they want their payment SOMEHOW! They are literally charging fees that we cannot even look into because no account access. This has to be illegal. Its been going on for 2 months+! How do you expect consumers to manage their accounts when we don't have access??!! Calling customer service is not convenient at all and the hold times are always over 30 mins! FIX THIS or cancel our accounts without reprecussions. I will be reaching out to the CFPB Immediately. I suggest all other account holders do the same!

GBThey suck They suck! I can't access my account nor can you find a good number to call in order to fix the online or app issues. I went past due, which NEVER happens, all because of their issues. I'm actually about to pay it off and cut it up. I'm over them especially when I've got an AMEX, Discover, and Chase card to get me by. Bye-bye!!!!!!

GBNeutral Hello 👋 I opted for the Today Card when I was working toward building a higher credit score. One of the attractions was the larger starting limit they offered me. Along with the simplicity of it, I felt like it was a good choice. Given what the card was going to be used for I feel like it served it's purpose. A couple of important side notes I have had the card for years with NO missed payments and still have NOT received a credit increase. They tell you that their computer randomly selects people for credit increases. I've asked to speak with managers to try to work around it and have gotten nowhere. So beware! The initial starting limit may be intriguing but after your credits where you want it and all your other cards are granting you large increases Today Card most likely won't. The other and MOST upsetting thing you'll deal with is the ridiculous MONTHLY FEE. It never goes away and they don't allow you to pay it in full for the year. What a pain! The only reason I haven't closed my account is because this is one of my older accounts and if it's closed my credit will drop for sometime. I suppose they have me netted for the time being. Which I don't think I'd mind if they'd actually increase my credit limit. But since they have this wonky system for credit increases. I choose not to use the card at all. It literally just sits there as they collect their monthly fee. I expected them to live up to their promise of a credit increase as long as I fulfilled my side of the deal. Unfortunately it hasn't played out that way. I'm not recommending or telling anyone to stay away. I just wanted to share my experience to help you make a better and more informed decision.
