They suck They suck! I can't access my account nor can you find a good number to call in order to fix the online or app issues. I went past due, which NEVER happens, all because of their issues. I'm actually about to pay it off and cut it up. I'm over them especially when I've got an AMEX, Discover, and Chase card to get me by. Bye-bye!!!!!!

Unable to contact to settle my balance… Unable to contact to settle my balance due. I called the number on a letter I received last month but was hung up on. App doesn’t work, website doesn’t work. Unable to see account details and the fees I am getting. Is another bank taking over? No letters no emails but my balance sure is growing…

A great card for people reestablishing credit A great card for people looking to establish credit with a generous credit limit. Easy application process and quick approvals. Love my Today card and all its benefits. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to rebuild my credit when others wouldn’t.

There has been no way to pay for months… There has been no way to pay for months now. No website or app. They offered a settlement payment of 70% via email, but they can't find my card number or account. They keep sending texts to pay, pay, pay but there is no way to do so. I don't know what game they are playing, but there has got to be something illegal about all of this. I guess I have to find time to stick on hold for 5 hours so that I can speak to someone, if they even have a service department. This is supposedly a result of a bank change. It is utterly rediculous.
