Can't access account!! Can't access account!!! I have been trying to pay. Can't see what the balance is and have a method to pay!

They suck They suck! I can't access my account nor can you find a good number to call in order to fix the online or app issues. I went past due, which NEVER happens, all because of their issues. I'm actually about to pay it off and cut it up. I'm over them especially when I've got an AMEX, Discover, and Chase card to get me by. Bye-bye!!!!!!

As for the interest rate, it’s typical for people who have had credit problems in the past. It’s worth getting.
