GBDebit Card Dispute - Great Experience I had an odd experience with one of eBay's sellers. I had returned a product I'd purchased and wasn't refunded. Rather than continuing that bizarre, not going anywhere process, I asked for help in disputing the charge. Azlo stepped in assisting with resolution. Got my money back! :)

AUPolite customer support I believe that all of these banking services are really helpful for people, because it literally makes their life easier. In my opinion, those people, who can't admit the befits which come from using banking services, are just narrow-minded. I always use banking services, however I tend to change banks all the time. Recently I have picked this one in order to test products which it offers. Actually, i was amazed by the approach of this financial company and its customer support. It was extremely polite and I thought that I wasn't even polite as they were. Everything is cool.

GBAmazingly helpful! I recently started a small business and all the details feel overwhelming at times. As I explored banking options, I found Azlo to perfectly fit my needs. I've had three conversations with Azlo folks, on the phone and through chat. Each was extremely helpful and nice. I really appreciate their help and the Azlo banking structure, it's great that some part of a startup can be straightforward =)

GB501(c)(3) Charity Thrilled with Our Azlo Business Account We use an Azlo business account for our 501(c)(3) charity. We are thrilled with the ease-of-use and well-designed app and desktop account access. It's been especially useful for mobile app check deposits and for having checks cut and mailed right from our account, as opposed to having to print and mail checks out ourselves. Especially as a charity, we're beyond please with the cost efficiency of partnering with Azlo.

GBHuge Waste of Time Azlo can answer this with their canned message, which gives zero reason for rejecting upstanding businesses with no past banking or credit issues. My guess is they are simply compiling data to sell off to other banks, lenders, etc.. They have refused to remove my data from their system, claiming they need to keep it for 5 years by law. While this is true on most records, they never actually opened an account for my business. I have filed a number of complaints with the appropriate federal government agencies, and I will be pursuing this to the bloody end.
