GBGreat! Would definitely recommend to small businesses. I've been with Azlo for a year and so far have absolutely loved the experience. I became worried about 10 days ago when my wallet was stolen and thieves ran up significant fraudulent charges on my account. An Azlo claims representative told me that it might take up to 90 days to resolve my issue, which would have been disastrous for my small business cash flow. I shouldn't have been worried; Azlo resolved it within 8 days. Thanks, Azlo! Will happily continue banking here.

GBBest Online Bank Customer Service One of the best online banking chat experiences I've ever had. The help bot is actually high quality but when my more complicated question was not covered by the FAQs, it did not take long to get to speak directly to a human. The representative (Dylen) was able to help me in less than a total of 5 minutes. Usually I don't leave reviews but I literally asked where the survey link was. Hahaha. Highly recommend Azlo.

GBFor creatives AZLO is the very best Azlo has made it possible for me to establish my infinitesimally small but meaningful businesses. They include a non-profit (and I mean NON profit) and a "gig economy" LLC. Without Azlo there is no way I could have set up and maintained these additional bank accounts. And hey, Did I mention that their customer service is people? They are super supportive, friendly, and skillful. For a small business start-up like mine, this means a LOT. GBDon't get too comfortable Used them for almost three years, and sang their praises too. I experienced some fraud, and called in to make sure there wouldn't be any issues TODAY (08/13/20). Their response was to close all three business accounts I had with them in less than four hours. No reason, no phone call, just an e-mail with no explanation. Horrible customer experience, and I will be telling everyone I can about it!
