Best Online Bank Customer Service One of the best online banking chat experiences I've ever had. The help bot is actually high quality but when my more complicated question was not covered by the FAQs, it did not take long to get to speak directly to a human. The representative (Dylen) was able to help me in less than a total of 5 minutes. Usually I don't leave reviews but I literally asked where the survey link was. Hahaha. Highly recommend Azlo.

I highly recommend Azlo I would recommend Azlo to anyone not requiring more than one account for their business. Even the new single envelope is limiting for those of us who use the Profit First method. Other than that, I love the idea of NEVER having to step foot inside a bank and do the fake niceties that go with two hour account setup.

Stay away if you are E-Commerce new business They rejected my application after sending them all legal papers without mentioning any clear reasons. My advice to new customers, if you just formed your LLC or DBA and new in the business, no matter how legal your papers are or credit score, they will reject it. Don’t waste your time. Very disappointed.

Amazingly helpful! I recently started a small business and all the details feel overwhelming at times. As I explored banking options, I found Azlo to perfectly fit my needs. I've had three conversations with Azlo folks, on the phone and through chat. Each was extremely helpful and nice.
