This company is HORRIBLE This company is HORRIBLE! Do NOT waste your time. It says all over the website that the application process only takes around 30 minutes. That is LIE! It took me almost 3 hours to get everything uploaded. I kept getting errors and "invalid format" every time I tried uploading a document. Not only did it take forever but after my application was submitted I received a phone call stating that my application was accepted and I would receive a phone call the next morning with details on how to continue. I get the call just for them to tell me I was denied with no explanation. I am supposedly recieving a email sometime within the next 2 weeks with the reason why I was denied. VERY FRUSTRATING! Why was I told the application was accepted If I was denied? Why did they need to wait until the next day to tell me I was denied when I submitted my application around 4pm. (eastern time) I feel like I was given the run around with this company and will definitely be sure to make sure to tell all my friends and family to never go with this company! Way to much of a hassle spending hours on the computer for nothing!
