Applied online and was approved for a… The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was approved for a title loan and had uploaded all documents needed to proceed and just needed to sign paper work. Credex called me to go and just sign paper work at Seguros Insurance at 2607 Simpson rd Kissimmee FL 34744. The woman there was giving me a hard time because I did not bring the Title to the vehicle not knowing that the title was electronically sent to the lenders from the DMV. The woman seemed agitated with me. After everything I told her her that her attitude toward me seemed aggressive and If everything was alright. She then lost control and yelled at me and kicked me and my 80 year old mother out of her office. I do not know how an unstable person can have a job like that.

The representative was very nice The representative was very nice, friendly and professional. She made the process easy and speedy. Five stars for her. I can't remember her name but she was at the Oakland Park office. I think her last name was Mandoval or AndavalOrtiz.

Scam,if you dont have full cover… Scam,if you dont have full cover insurance ,u will get an extra $1000 added to the loan amount plus the already high interest,this is not a loan but a robbery !
