Scam Cashback Scam cashback! Although their cashback may looks decent. However, when you want to payout your money you will get payment failed after some days and ask you to contact their customer support email. But the customer support never reply email after weeks and weeks. Recently they also introduced a monthly account maintenance fee to drain your balance. Then your money will finally go zero. Do NOT trust them!

Good It does not pay when the balance is full. I've emailed them 5 times in 4 months and they've all ignored me. Update: I have sent a reply to the Email and after I receive my payment in my account I will rate 5 stars and update the review.

Does not pay promised rebates Does not pay promised rebates, support is not helpful. I made 2 puchases, 2 different stores, both tracked, support offered no assistance, nothing was ever paid. I will never use this company again. Update July 3, 2023: I recognize nothing in the reply from maxrebates as true: I have not had any response from their support, and I have no way of submitting a payout request because both of my rebates are still listed as "pending" (2 different vendors, both 7 months ago)

I've had MULTIPLE cashback amounts not… I've had MULTIPLE cashback amounts not track at all, and had no success getting it resolved with customer service. I will avoid them from now on, and suggest others do as well. Update: My username on maxrebates is duonouveau. I will provide details regarding the missing cashback if you contact me. Update #2: Nobody contacted me after I provided my username.
