I paid for 1st quarter but after setting up the service the bot kept sending errors, not being able to trade. I had multiple conversations via Intercom, I spent a lot of time trying to fix it. I wanted to give it a chance but It never worked. The service auto renewed in April. I contacted StackedInvest to cancel and get a refund for 1st quarter in July I realized that the person had not done so and reached back out. the company is unwilling to refund and I'm going to Amex to try to dispute. the issue: their product does not work.

ATCan´t see the advantage of the AI Can´t see the advantage of the AI. The investment only rises with the token-course. The system stopped trading at all for two months and I didn´t get any information. Helpful customer service though.

ITOne of the worst experiences in… One of the worst experiences in cryptocurrency: I decided to buy Trend king, I had to wait 5 days to get a wrong signal, they refused to refund my subscription, Watch out because bots history is clearly manipulated to show up green only. I’m really disappointed and I will fill a complain with pay pal. Stay away from them you can do much better.

HUHorrible website, chump customer support Lame website, the worst.. the whole system is ridiculous you can't cancel your subscription by yourself you have to ask customer support , you can't delete your account you also have to ask someone to do it.. they reply after hours and the customer support guy "Kyle" is a chump. Horrible experience .. never again

AUTechnical Problems and Poor Customer Service I found on-going problems with the integration between the stackinvest and the trading platform. The customer service was terrible in fixing the problem and I had to continually follow them up. They did not end up rectifying the issue and only offer a partial refund.
