GBOnline robbery, money returned I subscribed to a bot for $99 per month, having cancelled a subscription for the same bot for $250 per 3 months. Firstly, I have had $99 taken out twice per month from my account. Then, not only have they continued to take out the money from the cancelled subscription, but they have taken out $250 per month, when the subscription is $250 for three months. I have edited/updated this review: I was informed that this issue was escalated and within 24 hrs of this, my issue was resolved, the money has been credited back to my account. I have therefore changed the score to reflect this.

GBI'd always wanted to invest in crypto… I've always wanted to invest in crypto but it's kinda freaks me out. I see that my friends all printing money and I want to be involved but I don't have the same free time that they do to research and it's confusing to just get started.. I felt relieved because Stacked made me feel like a competent investor - walked me through the whole investing process, offered tips based on how I answered a few questions and included free tools to improve both my investing and trading!

I paid for 1st quarter but after setting up the service the bot kept sending errors, not being able to trade. I had multiple conversations via Intercom, I spent a lot of time trying to fix it. I wanted to give it a chance but It never worked. The service auto renewed in April. I contacted StackedInvest to cancel and get a refund for 1st quarter in July I realized that the person had not done so and reached back out. the company is unwilling to refund and I'm going to Amex to try to dispute. the issue: their product does not work.

GBEasy to use site Easy to use site and plenty of options to choose from. Customer support was generally available within 30 minutes when I had a question.

AUTechnical Problems and Poor Customer Service I found on-going problems with the integration between the stackinvest and the trading platform. The customer service was terrible in fixing the problem and I had to continually follow them up. They did not end up rectifying the issue and only offer a partial refund.
