Firstly, I have had $99 taken out twice per month from my account. Then, not only have they continued to take out the money from the cancelled subscription, but they have taken out $250 per month, when the subscription is $250 for three months. I have edited/updated this review: I was informed that this issue was escalated and within 24 hrs of this, my issue was resolved, the money has been credited back to my account. I have therefore changed the score to reflect this.
