Technical Problems and Poor Customer Service I found on-going problems with the integration between the stackinvest and the trading platform. The customer service was terrible in fixing the problem and I had to continually follow them up. They did not end up rectifying the issue and only offer a partial refund.

Incredible Product, Incredible Support, Thank you I can't recommend enough these guys! Cameron and Julien helped me setup my Alertatron, it literally took them multiple days to help me setup everything from A to Z because I am a total beginner and never done anything like this in the past and not really their target market but they helped me and they were really 100% behind me all the time so that my bot would work exactly how I want it to be, and once the bot is built you have literally no work to do. Since they teached me everything I can literally setup a bot in 30min or less and not days. If you have any questions or need help they will help you and will always go the extra mile. I wish I could give them more stars because my experience is just perfect. Thank you once again Julien and Cameron!

Online robbery, money returned I subscribed to a bot for $99 per month, having cancelled a subscription for the same bot for $250 per 3 months. Firstly, I have had $99 taken out twice per month from my account. Then, not only have they continued to take out the money from the cancelled subscription, but they have taken out $250 per month, when the subscription is $250 for three months. I have edited/updated this review: I was informed that this issue was escalated and within 24 hrs of this, my issue was resolved, the money has been credited back to my account. I have therefore changed the score to reflect this.

Stacked is the crypto edge I was looking for. What the Stacked team has been able to create is an innovative and unique opportunity for bot creators/expert traders to profit from their talents, while people who have no idea how to trade (like myself) get to benefit from the product of skillful traders who have created amazing bots that continue to get better and better. Sure there are some trades that don't make a profit, but then there are tons that do. Aside from the Stacked service itself, I was also able to find the greatest Discord community through one of the bots I subscribed to (9K) and that community changed my life in the crypto space. There was a link to 9K's Discord in the bot description and I joined. Thanks to Stacked I was introduced to a community that has taught me so much. This just goes to show that kind of talent working with Stacked. Overall, Stacked is great, and the customer service is also impressive. I've been a subscriber since 2020 and I'm excited about where they're taking the business because I find access to bots and strategies to be a great edge in this growing crypto revolution. I want to be at the forefront of crypto innovation so I'm keeping my eye on everything the Stacked team has up their sleeve.

I'd always wanted to invest in crypto… I've always wanted to invest in crypto but it's kinda freaks me out. I see that my friends all printing money and I want to be involved but I don't have the same free time that they do to research and it's confusing to just get started.. I felt relieved because Stacked made me feel like a competent investor - walked me through the whole investing process, offered tips based on how I answered a few questions and included free tools to improve both my investing and trading!
