The biggest benefit that brought me to Pionex were the free bots which have worked very well. It’s always possible to lose money but IMO you should never invest unless you know what is at stake and you have some knowledge under your belt. They are releasing updates quiet often and also take feedback from customers through their discord group. Overall my experience has been solid with them and will continue to use them

I switched over from 3 Commas after the… I switched over from 3 Commas after the API hack. So far the site has been great, both desktop and mobile. Support response is the best I have experienced.
