ITmy name is Tierra my name is Tierra, i create a business account. Before 2 weeks after my any deposits, pionex simple closed my account. Simple say me in letter (sorre but we closed your account). But why? I didn't break any rules. If I funded my fiat account, I used my business account. If I sent money, I also used my business account. That's very strange. They made a lot of money on my transfers because each money transfer takes a 10 dollar fee.

DEPionex is a CEX with lots of offerings Pionex is a CEX with lots of offerings. They have a global and a US version to stay in compliance while serving everyone. The biggest benefit that brought me to Pionex were the free bots which have worked very well. It’s always possible to lose money but IMO you should never invest unless you know what is at stake and you have some knowledge under your belt. They are releasing updates quiet often and also take feedback from customers through their discord group. Overall my experience has been solid with them and will continue to use them

GBBeen using Pionex for almost 2 years… Been using Pionex for almost 2 years now & have had not had one complaint. I have tried many different variations of the bots & also the manual trade features. I like how they have many different wallets in one spot & its easy to manage all of them. Recommend to any user as a central exchange & is willing to put a little bit of time learning the different features. There is a little learning curve to it but nothing that isnt manageable to learn.

GBCan't withdraw my own crypto and I haven't received a reason why. I have been using Pionex since April of this year. I had trouble depositing USD and had to Deposit USDT instead, that should have been my first clue. Currently their USD ACH deposit is not working, there USD ACH withdrawal is not working, and there USD wire transfer withdrawal is not working. But the wire transfer deposit is working. I tried to withdraw my BTC but it failed. An error flashed on the screen briefly and then disappeared before I had a chance to read it. I tried again and again, same results I cannot withdraw my crypto. I opened online chat that did not help, so I submitted a ticket through email. I am waiting to see what they have to say about it, but not very happy that I cannot withdraw my own crypto. UPDATE; I confirmed to have the 0.0015 BTC deducted back on the 9th of November and was told it would take 1 to 5 days to complete. It is now the 25th of November and still not done. And now you going to make me wait another 1 to 5 days to have it done? Also, I am currently unable to withdraw USD or Crypto either by ACH or wire transfer. Update; They finally fixed the problem, it did take them awhile to do it. They stayed in constant contact with me and were genuinely concerned about my issue. I decided to keep what little crypto I have on there for now and may add more at a later date since there exchange rates are low.
