PKThey permanently freeze my Account I was using Bitmart for about 3 to 4 years. Last month they suspend my withdraw when i try to withdraw it's says withdraw forbidden and upon talking to support they ask for month to wait. I waited for a month and after a month they freez my account saying account is involved inappropriate trading. I don't know what's there mean. When i asked for the solution they said your account is permanently freezed. I have 11000+usd amount of assets in that account. I try to talk many times to their support but they are not entertaining with possible solution. Think you have all your asset in exchange and exchange freezed your account. I'm trying to recover my account. My bitmart account id is 38425371 If they gave me access to my account will give update here.

CASuspend withdrawal for no good reason They stopped offering the crypto, ARV and I have an $800 dollars worth of that token with Bitmart. I can't transfer my crypto to another company because the "Withdrawal" option is disabled. I reached out to their support within the application. They will reactivate the Withdrawal of the crypto for a fee of 50 USDT, which I paid. They asked me to upload documents of my identity which I did. Still the account is under review and cannot withdraw my crypto.

GBI used BitMart and I will never use it again I used BitMart and I have used many other crypto exchanges and BitMart is by far the worst one basing this on personal experience. It takes very long for the order to take place and the fees are really hight compared to other exchanges. I will not be using this app anymore. Amir

DEBitMart and the support is top notch BitMart and the support is top notch! I’ve forgotten about the memo and my deposit was lost, I reported it and in 24h they transferred it to my BitMart account. That was really fast! Easy 5/5 rating

GBBitmart not crediting accounts on crypto deposits It is been over 4 days since I transferred crypto from my private wallet to my account on Bitmart. A few hours after I made the deposit I reached out to Bitmart and submitted a ticket. I supplied all the required information, including TXID number, screenshots and account verifications. I was told the matter was escalated and that they will reach out soon. Two days ago, I waited on their live chat support to speak with someone about the status. They didn't provide me with an answer as to why it taking so long or give me an estimate on how much longer it will take. This issue is not complicated. It is real easy to verify and fix. I've had past issues with deposits on Bitmart and they were remedied within hours of my ticket submission. The fact that that this issue has not been resolved has me believing that Bitmart simply does not want to and that they rather just keep my crypto for now (or possibly forever). The value of my deposit is now down 30% from what it was at when I made the deposit on 4/11/24 and my account still has not been credited.
