Bitmart. My experience/Opinion I've been using for several weeks. + I really like the speed of work. Everything loads quickly, does not buggy. Much faster than others. + For registration received 5usd for futures. + Interesting promos. To participate or receive bonuses do not require huge deposits / holds. - Few interactive activities, promos. - I don't like the application visually, it causes a lot of distrust. - NFT marketplace, need improve. P.S. There is a lot of distrust in the crypto world after the FTX story :)

Suspend withdrawal for no good reason They stopped offering the crypto, ARV and I have an $800 dollars worth of that token with Bitmart. I can't transfer my crypto to another company because the "Withdrawal" option is disabled. I reached out to their support within the application. They will reactivate the Withdrawal of the crypto for a fee of 50 USDT, which I paid. They asked me to upload documents of my identity which I did. Still the account is under review and cannot withdraw my crypto.

They permanently freeze my Account I was using Bitmart for about 3 to 4 years. Last month they suspend my withdraw when i try to withdraw it's says withdraw forbidden and upon talking to support they ask for month to wait. I waited for a month and after a month they freez my account saying account is involved inappropriate trading. I don't know what's there mean. When i asked for the solution they said your account is permanently freezed. I have 11000+usd amount of assets in that account. I try to talk many times to their support but they are not entertaining with possible solution. Think you have all your asset in exchange and exchange freezed your account. I'm trying to recover my account. My bitmart account id is 38425371 If they gave me access to my account will give update here.

Es muy lenta la red comparado con otros… Es muy lenta la red comparado con otros exchanges, tarda mucho en actualizarse y eso es problema a la hora de hacer compras o ventas en spot, no quiero saber en futuros q pasaría. It’s a very low respond compared with other exchanges, it takes to much time to update a movement, buy or sell and that’s a big issue in spot, I don’t want to know what will happen in futures.

Don't buy or don't put your crypto… Don't buy or don't put your crypto token on BitMart, they stolen all my balance ,no way to check the history of my account , do I lost almost 2000$ . Not fiable exchange. Be careful .
