Bitmart not crediting accounts on crypto deposits It is been over 4 days since I transferred crypto from my private wallet to my account on Bitmart. A few hours after I made the deposit I reached out to Bitmart and submitted a ticket. I supplied all the required information, including TXID number, screenshots and account verifications. I was told the matter was escalated and that they will reach out soon. Two days ago, I waited on their live chat support to speak with someone about the status. They didn't provide me with an answer as to why it taking so long or give me an estimate on how much longer it will take. This issue is not complicated. It is real easy to verify and fix. I've had past issues with deposits on Bitmart and they were remedied within hours of my ticket submission. The fact that that this issue has not been resolved has me believing that Bitmart simply does not want to and that they rather just keep my crypto for now (or possibly forever). The value of my deposit is now down 30% from what it was at when I made the deposit on 4/11/24 and my account still has not been credited.

BitMart and the support is top notch BitMart and the support is top notch! I’ve forgotten about the memo and my deposit was lost, I reported it and in 24h they transferred it to my BitMart account. That was really fast! Easy 5/5 rating

Suspend withdrawal for no good reason They stopped offering the crypto, ARV and I have an $800 dollars worth of that token with Bitmart. I can't transfer my crypto to another company because the "Withdrawal" option is disabled. I reached out to their support within the application. They will reactivate the Withdrawal of the crypto for a fee of 50 USDT, which I paid. They asked me to upload documents of my identity which I did. Still the account is under review and cannot withdraw my crypto.

I have been trading Crypto since 2015 I… I have been trading Crypto since 2015 I have used alot of exchanges. I once held 10,000 BNB which i bought at a $1.00-$2.00 I chatted with a guy who bought BNB at $-.10 and i said damm i wish i bought at a dime. I sold everyhing at around $9.00 Back then i bought BNB because i found the display very user friendly I find Bitmart (BMX) to be very similar in terms of user friendliness. Also being a Canadian I can no longer use Binance legitimately so I find Bitmart to be a solid alternative. I have been using Bitmart for around 3 years without any major issues. In fact Bitmart Customer Service was quicker for me in comparison to using Binance. Never had any problems sending or receiving thru Bitmart as well. I actively trade using Bitmart and have large stakes of ETH and Solana on my Canadian Platform. I also have quite a bit of Bitmart (BMX) which i first bought around $0.09 it is now trading around $0.30 If i never sold any BNB i would have over $8,000,000 CAD so this time I'm holding a substantial stake in BMX which i will hold onto.. until when i can't say but it will never be a one shot dump. My only concern is that as an investor in BMX I understand the staff are holding considerable amounts of the Token and I would really like more transparency on when exactly they can begin selling off and when the Company will burn off the remaining 139,412,030 Tokens bringing the Max supply to 500,000,000. BMX is presently ranked 474th in terms of Market Cap (103,000,000) and rated 34th on CMC list of Best exchanges. My advice is usually pretty good I know some people who have used Bitmart have had bad experiences but i think the Company is working to improve their dynamics as a whole. Finally when the price goes up or down Trading Platforms win-win. Only invest what you really can afford to lose
