I also found several mirror sites that are exact 1:1 copy of Blockas, with names Bittor.io ; bitlev.com ; primacapitalholdings.com. Don't get scammed by this. Stay out.

KYC ISSUES I struggled with the KYC platform for over 2 days. Customer support help me complete the verification manually but asides that the service is average. They did get the job done but I do not think reporting transactions below $1M is necessary.

Expensive Service I think they found a legal way around the regulations to make some extra money. They do not charge any fees to exchange bitcoins to cash or make withdrawals but charging $5k to file a certificate for all users sounds like an excellent way to make some cool cash.
