They also would not provide documents to support they had made the tax clearance application.........something is definitely not right ???

Expensive Service I think they found a legal way around the regulations to make some extra money. They do not charge any fees to exchange bitcoins to cash or make withdrawals but charging $5k to file a certificate for all users sounds like an excellent way to make some cool cash. I did decide to take the risk, got a tax exempt certificate and funds in my account the next day. Good service but still expensive.
