Expensive Service I think they found a legal way around the regulations to make some extra money. They do not charge any fees to exchange bitcoins to cash or make withdrawals but charging $5k to file a certificate for all users sounds like an excellent way to make some cool cash. I did decide to take the risk, got a tax exempt certificate and funds in my account the next day. Good service but still expensive.

Safe to use Blockas is very safe to use. What I like most is the AML policy for withdrawals. Even if your wallet gets hacked, no one can steal your assets.

I finally received my financing… I finally received my financing in my local bank. It took about 5 days to get everything completed because of their policies to report the transaction. The process wasn't as seamless as I was initially promised but I like the fact that Blockas takes regulatory practices very seriously. This company is a total SCAM period… This company is a total SCAM period tried to get me to send them $5,000 for a tax certificate that's not even required by law I refused and the they tried to get me to pay half and they would pay the other half nope not today yesterday or any other day. They just sent me another email saying that if I didn't complete my transfer I would have to wait six months to withdraw again.
