The website have a solid, responsive, and user-friendly design. Technical hiccups are few and far between. 2FA authentication, a recent introduction, has significantly ramped up security. On one occasion, I needed to contact their support team, who replied in less than a day's time. Given these aspects, it's understandable that an array of YouTubers vouch for it.

AUI am using Bitgalleria since 2019 I am using Bitgalleria since 2019. Trading (i am doing only spot and futures) are working perfectly. Yes, i also had some issues, but those were cause by my own lack of experiences with user interface and settings. Except that, i never had experienced any issues with trading on Bitgalleria. In terms of Customer support. I had only and only great experiences. I remember one time, when i had to wait maybe 20 minutes, for employee to ask for a help his supervisor, but still comes back to me and solved my problem. This is my experience.
