AUI am using Bitgalleria since 2019 I am using Bitgalleria since 2019. Trading (i am doing only spot and futures) are working perfectly. Yes, i also had some issues, but those were cause by my own lack of experiences with user interface and settings. Except that, i never had experienced any issues with trading on Bitgalleria. In terms of Customer support. I had only and only great experiences. I remember one time, when i had to wait maybe 20 minutes, for employee to ask for a help his supervisor, but still comes back to me and solved my problem. This is my experience.

I must admit, I'm quite taken back by its efficiency: the web portal are intuitive, swift, and simple to navigate. Instances of malfunctioning are remarkably scarce. Recently, there's been a noticeable enhancement in security with the implementation of two-factor authentication. I had one instance of requiring their customer support, and the response time was fairly rapid, under 24 hours. It's no surprise a multitude of YouTubers endorse it.

The stability of Bitgalleria web platform even surpasses that of Binance, which occasionally froze during high volume periods. The website functions effectively, making it easy to establish sub-accounts and maneuver funds between them. I'm also an extensive user of their futures API, overall, it's proven to be an excellent Binance substitute.
