AUI am using Bitgalleria since 2019 I am using Bitgalleria since 2019. Trading (i am doing only spot and futures) are working perfectly. Yes, i also had some issues, but those were cause by my own lack of experiences with user interface and settings. Except that, i never had experienced any issues with trading on Bitgalleria. In terms of Customer support. I had only and only great experiences. I remember one time, when i had to wait maybe 20 minutes, for employee to ask for a help his supervisor, but still comes back to me and solved my problem. This is my experience.

With minimal commissions and user-friendly operation, BITgalleria proves to be a top choice all around. However, I do hope they consider integrating Faster Payments and £ GBP support to facilitate easier account top-ups in the UK. Additionally, enhancing the p2p exchange feature could attract more users and bolster its popularity. Nonetheless, BITgalleria remains the pinnacle of excellence in my eyes.

Over the past two years, trading with Bitgalleria has been decidedly remarkable. Earlier, I used to trade on Binance, until they terminated futures trading in my area. The stability of Bitgalleria web platform even surpasses that of Binance, which occasionally froze during high volume periods. The website functions effectively, making it easy to establish sub-accounts and maneuver funds between them. I'm also an extensive user of their futures API, overall, it's proven to be an excellent Binance substitute.
