AUI am using Bitgalleria since 2019 I am using Bitgalleria since 2019. Trading (i am doing only spot and futures) are working perfectly. Yes, i also had some issues, but those were cause by my own lack of experiences with user interface and settings. Except that, i never had experienced any issues with trading on Bitgalleria. In terms of Customer support. I had only and only great experiences. I remember one time, when i had to wait maybe 20 minutes, for employee to ask for a help his supervisor, but still comes back to me and solved my problem. This is my experience.

I have accounts with other Crypto exchanges and they are no MATCH to the Bitgalleria services and product. The website functions effectively, making it easy to establish sub-accounts and maneuver funds between them. I'm also an extensive user of their futures API, overall, it's proven to be an excellent Binance substitute.
