Their customer service is horrible take… Their customer service is horrible take weeks to respond .I have beeing trying to trade /sell bitcoin when it was 74 k could not complete the transaction on the same card I ve been using with them for a while now ,still can not get the trasaction done ,not anybody to respond now coins are 69 ,loosing money ,ridicoulous .

Honestly the most intuitive Bitcoin… Honestly the most intuitive Bitcoin system I’ve yet encountered. I was a little put off by the low buying limit ($999 per day here in Maine), but surprisingly easy at the Coinstar machine, and all that was needed after that was to put the app on my phone, and that proved to work easily and quickly. I suspect the buying limit is higher using a debit or credit card - I was using cash - as many services will let you do as much as $20,000 in a day.

No support at all. I have an issue and nobody is able to answer. I receive this useless reply below from Coinme on 3/22, and nobody has assisted me as of yet (updated 4/6). I will update if someone miraculously assists me. The problem is for some reason I have not been able to log in to my account therefore I cannot reach anyone on live chat. You need to log in to your account, supposedly, in order to live chat. I have created two different tickets already starting on 3/16 and nobody has responded. Please assist. I do buy a lot of crypto, and I would like to continue using Coinme. But so far my experience has been unacceptable. Very simple issue to resolve.

Avoid this wallet service! Beyond corrupt. They do not let you withdraw your coins saying the transaction fee isn’t enough and they have zero customer service. They switch your wallets on you and are up to a bunch of shady dealings
