The app shows very little accountability for their site. I made a purchase with my debit card via the app and DID NOT receive my crypto. It’s important to state that my account on Coinme is KYC approved and valid to the date. After making multiple tickets for their support staff I finally received a reply only to state that they are looking into it. Almost seven days have passed and I still have no refund or the crypto I paid for. While the purchase was only for $23 of crypto, I would encourage others to not use this app/site. They are frauds. They charge astronomical fees for their service and show no accountability in their business practices. Their support staff blatantly claim they’ll respond within a week yet when they do they have no solution to your problem. Although the allure of cash to crypto and vice versa may appear great, trust me it is all smoke and mirrors. I would not recommend Coinme to anyone! Get your crypto elsewhere.

They took my money for no reason Hi I’m Emilia . I got a cryptocurrency from the kiosk today worth $150. I sent about $84 to my wallet . And now all of the sudden I am having $7.31 as my balance . Please this should be rectified as soon as possible . I can send receipt if you want it . Hope to hear back from you.

Honestly the most intuitive Bitcoin… Honestly the most intuitive Bitcoin system I’ve yet encountered. I was a little put off by the low buying limit ($999 per day here in Maine), but surprisingly easy at the Coinstar machine, and all that was needed after that was to put the app on my phone, and that proved to work easily and quickly. I suspect the buying limit is higher using a debit or credit card - I was using cash - as many services will let you do as much as $20,000 in a day.
