It's a scam It's a scam. Just take the hit and pay for transactions at a reputable trading app. I lost atleast 2k when trying to withdraw and then their fix was adding another -500 to seem like they was helping then disappeared. So the -500 was a negative in my account when I just sent my crypto to coinbase. Only response I got was on a Google review saying they didn't get a support ticket which I have emails saying differently which shows the ghosting of customer support. Don't make the same mistake I did go elsewhere.
