SCAM SCAM. They will not allow me to withdraw my money. I have been trying and emailing them for over a year. I may have to get a lawyer involved. This is bad.

Does anyone know how to withdraw money Update: After days of emails and reaching out online in every way I could find, I was able to transfer my funds out. I updated to 3 stars because I did end up getting my money but I know many other reviews seem to have had issues in the past as well. No reports, terrible customer service I have used this for almost 2 years now. Customer service is abysmally slow so getting money into the App can be hard, which can cause trading losses. They used to give great interest on crypto and USD but no more. Zero, zero, zero reports at all for understanding avergage costs etc. No end of year reports for taxes. No ability to get prices to sell or buy at. You have to be on the APP 24-7 to do that. The good news is it's "easy" to use. Its a real wallet and your crypto is staked. HUGE variety of crypto to choose from to purchase. Again: Customer support is atrocious, and I mean terrible. I have been waiting over a week to get an answer as to whether or not my uploaded ID was actually received and validated so that I can deposit money to purchase more crypto. I guess if you are buy and hold, it might work for you.
