How many companies think this kind of thing through and make it a central part of their philosophy? I’ve had to pay some pretty steep premiums in the past, and like Kover says, it really does make you feel like the company is not rowing in the same direction you are. I really do like putting my money into companies that have this kind of flow - it makes a difference to know that company care about the people it is working with.

I'm the member that signed up. In their reply, they admit that they need to review what has already been paid for even though they lie about the timeframe. Buyer Beware! If you want a company that will be with you until you need their services, then by all means this is a good company for you, but if you want a company that delivers on what this company says they offer, then unfortunately you need another company.
