GBOnce you have the repair code you can… Once you have the repair code you can walk into an in-network store and drop off the phone for a free repair. Super easy.I don’t want to deal with a technology company that makes things complicated. Kover thinks about their users and keeps it all very smooth and simple to use. I hooked my mom up with Kover too and she worries so much less about breaking her phone that she has been doing better with it.

GBkover cancelled my membership I usually get a email about my payments, but since December I hadn't received a email. I logged into my account and my membership was cancelled even though my payment information was up to date. Ive paid too much money to have my membership cancelled. Where is my refund?????

GBNot an ethical company I had at one time signed up with them via the Gridwise app, then cancelled, also via Gridwise. Several months later they charged over $500 on my card via an app I am no longer paying for. No way to cancel, no phone number, no response to my email requesting that they cancel. This is NOT an ethical company. As an owner of multiple businesses, I could not in good conscious do this to my customers, have no communication and take funds not given permission for.

GBBoots me out of my apps Never signed up but only inquired about prices. Now I keep getting booted out of my accounts. Not cool as there is no customer service to help with the issue.
