Me and my family are living at the hotel. We was using these funds for the hotel. They took $146 from my account and I am sending them emails no response. Not an ethical company I had at one time signed up with them via the Gridwise app, then cancelled, also via Gridwise. Several months later they charged over $500 on my card via an app I am no longer paying for. No way to cancel, no phone number, no response to my email requesting that they cancel. This is NOT an ethical company. As an owner of multiple businesses, I could not in good conscious do this to my customers, have no communication and take funds not given permission for.
