Not an ethical company I had at one time signed up with them via the Gridwise app, then cancelled, also via Gridwise. Several months later they charged over $500 on my card via an app I am no longer paying for. No way to cancel, no phone number, no response to my email requesting that they cancel. This is NOT an ethical company. As an owner of multiple businesses, I could not in good conscious do this to my customers, have no communication and take funds not given permission for.

kover cancelled my membership I usually get a email about my payments, but since December I hadn't received a email. I heard about Kover from a friend.My girlfriend needs her phone, and she uses it to Uber around a lot, so I like her to be safe. Getting it replaced quickly is important to me.They have a great little savings calculator on the website that I checked out, and especially with my girlfriend trashing her phone so often, getting the policy with Kover makes so much sense, and will save me a lot of money.

They said they needed one to three days to review this. Don't sign up for this fraudulent company. Real companies deliver on their promises. Real businesses don't need to lie. I'm the member that signed up. In their reply, they admit that they need to review what has already been paid for even though they lie about the timeframe. Buyer Beware! If you want a company that will be with you until you need their services, then by all means this is a good company for you, but if you want a company that delivers on what this company says they offer, then unfortunately you need another company.
