Not an ethical company I had at one time signed up with them via the Gridwise app, then cancelled, also via Gridwise. Several months later they charged over $500 on my card via an app I am no longer paying for. No way to cancel, no phone number, no response to my email requesting that they cancel. This is NOT an ethical company. As an owner of multiple businesses, I could not in good conscious do this to my customers, have no communication and take funds not given permission for.

I signed up with Kover and became sick I signed up with Kover and became sick. I requested a sick pay advance, which is one of the perks I paid for. They said they needed one to three days to review this. Don't sign up for this fraudulent company. Real companies deliver on their promises. Real businesses don't need to lie. I'm the member that signed up. In their reply, they admit that they need to review what has already been paid for even though they lie about the timeframe. Buyer Beware! If you want a company that will be with you until you need their services, then by all means this is a good company for you, but if you want a company that delivers on what this company says they offer, then unfortunately you need another company.

Worst company ever Worst company ever. I'd give it zero stars. I got deactivated due to the company shutting down and kover ai refused my payout. Everytime I logged into my account it was on pause when I NEVER paused it. There is no customer service number. What insurance company has no customer service number? You'll have to email customer service to get access to your account even though their deducting money from your account. Total waste of money. You're better off saving money from these gigs instead. Buyer beware of kover.

They got me reactivated with Uber but… They got me reactivated with Uber but Covid tore my ratings up so bad, and pax aren’t rating like they used to so there’s no way I’d have gotten 500 RATED trips to reset. This means I got deactivated again. Been paying Kover every month. Now that I need help again, my account is there, but it just says “update” to change my plan. Why? I already have a plan! As a matter of fact I just got charged this morning!! And the chat won’t pull up my keyboard to type so I can’t even get support!

ok for a few things We’re ok for a few things . However for my accident when hitting a pothole . They asked for the info I gave them claim was closed . Was without a car for two weeks and still waiting for payment
