How many companies think this kind of thing through and make it a central part of their philosophy? I’ve had to pay some pretty steep premiums in the past, and like Kover says, it really does make you feel like the company is not rowing in the same direction you are. I really do like putting my money into companies that have this kind of flow - it makes a difference to know that company care about the people it is working with.

kover cancelled my membership I usually get a email about my payments, but since December I hadn't received a email. I logged into my account and my membership was cancelled even though my payment information was up to date. Ive paid too much money to have my membership cancelled. Where is my refund?????
