Even after all verification, which was successful as per the system still refused to withdraw funds...simply saying irrelevant reasons Are they cheating with investors' funds?

I started investing just last year, I've had loads of questions (probably some silly ones), but there's always someone ready to assist. Another thing is...the platform is incredibly feature-packed. I was overwhelmed initially, but as I got familiar with it, it became a handy tool. I'd say I've only scratched the surface—there's still 90% of their features left for me to explore. Overall, they seem like a decent broker to me.
