The APP of Moomoo is not user friendly… The APP of Moomoo is not user friendly at all, it is so confusing. First, it would not allow my account transfer from margin account to RRSP account. I must make direct deposit to RRSP for the contribution. Second, it limits my trading for ridiculous reason. During my application, I provided that I had two years of trading experience(full time) to be conservative even already have 5 years of experience. When I tried to purchase $500 of SQQQ, was told that based on my two years of experience, I cannot trade SQQQ because it is too complex for me.

I actually didn't gain rather ran into crazy losses with me not being able to get either my main capital or gains out. I am using a diff one now, the name on my title , making some really great improvement with them

Disappointing new trading platform I recently joined Moomoo and money for a promotion they had running to receive partial stock shares just for joining and depositing. After 3 weeks and multiple contacts to a rude staff... I never received any shares. The account will be closed.
