GBDisappointing new trading platform I recently joined Moomoo and money for a promotion they had running to receive partial stock shares just for joining and depositing. After 3 weeks and multiple contacts to a rude staff... I never received any shares. The account will be closed.

GBThey false adertise often They false adertise often. Their policies are not properly listed. The customer service is not helpful. They just copy the policies and dont actually engage in your inquiry. There is no management team. No one contacts you back. The app interface is also so shotty and very overwhelming.

GBMoomoo is the best I have been using Moomoo for over a year now and I find the app easy to use, easy to trade and I enjoy all the features on the app from the news, paper trading, the rewards and all the informative videos. Moomoo I can tell spends a lot of time providing useful data to making people a more informed and knowledgeable investor.

OMIt is not trustworthy It is not trustworthy. I just started investing with MOOMOO US. But they have a pathetic system for fund withdrawal. I have tried so many times for fund withdrawal. Even after all verification, which was successful as per the system still refused to withdraw funds...simply saying irrelevant reasons Are they cheating with investors' funds?
