I carried out a transaction on there site, but the platform had some issues, then I contacted their customer service agent. The agent reversed my transaction and the next thing was that I got blocked. Now I am asked to pay 200$ before I could withdraw me deposit

Customer support is clearly ran by a single person or small group that is equally as unprofessional as this fraudulent crypto exchange. OH! And I urge you to click on ANY of the user profile accounts featuring “members” who are currently trading on the platform. The links to the profiles don’t work and they’re not real people. Social media profile followers? All bots and fakes. It’s a joke and I’m embarrassed I fell for it.
