Authentication is just not possible Authentication is just not possible. After attempting at least 10 photos of my driver's license, all rejected for being too blurry, I gave up. I questioned the need to provide every personal details online to a company I knew nothing about. I'm trying not to be conclusive, this looks dodgy I'm trying not to be conclusive, however, this doesn't look good. I've made 5 different deposits into my wallet and still cannot trade nor access my funds. The support team is a joke. I despirately need to have this resolved. I've even sent an email to support at brailex.com because I couldn't get sensible response from the support team.
