I carried out a transaction on there site, but the platform had some issues, then I contacted their customer service agent. The agent reversed my transaction and the next thing was that I got blocked. Now I am asked to pay 200$ before I could withdraw me deposit

SCAM! You will never see your crypto again. This is a huge scam being pushed on X/YouTube for crypto “arbitraging” opportunities. They tell you to buy BTC on Binance and then sell it on their exchange. If you deposit to them, you will NEVER see your money again. They will accuse me of not being a client. Read all their positive reviews from trustpilot accounts with no other reviews and broken English. They are a scam, you have been warned!!
