Very bad. Very bad.. Never come near to it

Troublesome bookkeeping errors ! No customer service Bookkeeping errors on there part !! Have to keep correcting simple errors made while accounting and generating accurate ledgers. Customer service and Supervision , was no better . Promised to return the call , when he couldn't figure out the problem, NEVER DID ! When I called back , the next day !! I began the whole process again. This company handles people's money!?!? Avoid this organization , all together !!

Their mistake, but you have to pay for it. I just got off the phone with customer service who claims they cannot correct the error in their system made by *their* people with a check they erroneously labeled with the wrong check number. It's mind-boggling that a bank isn't the least bit interested in keeping accurate records when the mistake is due to their employee fat-fingering the data entry. Do business with a bank that is at least professional enough to own up to their mistakes *and* fix them. Central Bank isn't that bank.
