GBThe worst company ever The worst company ever, such a scam! They suspended my account and asking me for the utility bill that I don't have because I don't have utilities under my name. Even though they suspended my account, they are still taking money from my bank account! I guess I better contact my bank and report them because I'm tired dealing with them. I can see that other people are having the same issues.

GBThey are holding my money hostage They are holding my money hostage. I’ve had an Acorns account for a long time now. I have built up quite a stack and need to access the funds. I closed the bank account I initially had connected and am trying to link another account. Acorns keeps saying I need to verify my bank information, and I’ve sent the information three times. They keep sending the same message, and now they say they need the bank documents from Wells Fargo, which is a closed account, and I’d have to call the bank and wait seven days for them to mail a statement to me. It's already been over seven days trying to verify my account. Ridiculous. I have all the necessary paperwork to verify myself and my current bank. I don’t need to verify an old bank account; I shut down to access my funds. Very frustrating! And they don’t make it easy to contact an actual human being for help.

GB🛑 Please Read Before Joining Acorn’s was my “Go To” investment platform for young people using debit cards for their day to day purchasing while they acquired their first credit card. For years I would strongly encourage folks to join and simultaneously invest as they debit. I have lost track of just how many people joined because of my recommendation. For over five years I have never needed to call Customer Service. My experience was so toxic that I will never recommend or encourage anyone to join this institution. Tread carefully before joining. Their Customer Service Center is NOT based in the U.S. and dealing with anything that is t straight forward is painful.

GBI can agree that if you try to pull… I can agree that if you try to pull your money out, you will absolutely get bent over by this company. They waited until my bank was low, took money out, returned it; then charged me 4 months subscription $39 making my bank account go negatives. Customer service is awful, and I pray customer service allows me to get my $200s back on Monday. Fidelity is way better and I’m happy I’ve trusted them with my thousands.

GBAcorns is BS My original checking account linked to Acorns was closed by my bank after both of my quarterly tax payments were stolen from the post office. Have been unable to link new checking account, Plaid is gone despite app still referencing it, and no matter how much info you send it to verify your updated account it is never enough, because they are "protecting the security of your account;" ripping you off more like. I am no longer jumping through their hoops and I'm out approximately $4K. Avoid Acorns at all costs, just burn your money if you want to be rid of it that badly.
