🛑 Please Read Before Joining Acorn’s was my “Go To” investment platform for young people using debit cards for their day to day purchasing while they acquired their first credit card. For years I would strongly encourage folks to join and simultaneously invest as they debit. I have lost track of just how many people joined because of my recommendation. For over five years I have never needed to call Customer Service. My experience was so toxic that I will never recommend or encourage anyone to join this institution. Tread carefully before joining. Their Customer Service Center is NOT based in the U.S. and dealing with anything that is t straight forward is painful.

I can agree that if you try to pull… I can agree that if you try to pull your money out, you will absolutely get bent over by this company. They waited until my bank was low, took money out, returned it; then charged me 4 months subscription $39 making my bank account go negatives. Customer service is awful, and I pray customer service allows me to get my $200s back on Monday. Fidelity is way better and I’m happy I’ve trusted them with my thousands.
