GBThe worst company ever The worst company ever, such a scam! They suspended my account and asking me for the utility bill that I don't have because I don't have utilities under my name. Even though they suspended my account, they are still taking money from my bank account! I guess I better contact my bank and report them because I'm tired dealing with them. I can see that other people are having the same issues.

GBMany ways to save with Acorn I’ve had an Acorn account for more than 3 years now. I read about it in an AARP magazine. Once I tried it I got hooked. I have direct withdrawals from my checking account of $20 per week, then I forget about it. Out of the sudden I need extra money, and Acorn saves my day all the time.

GBReferral Bonus Gone VERY Wrong What I wrote to on their LI/FB: "Your policy to demand additional documentation to give my friend her $5 referral bonus is unnecessary. You then blocked my account because I didn't give you what you wanted fast enough. I am so frustrated and disappointed with your company's policies that I have cancelled my account and will tell everyone I know NOT to do business with you."

GBAccount validation very long!! Account validation and review takes a long time. It's 2024 and I can't believe they cannot automate this process. Customer service keep going back and forth on having to upload picture of ID, then back and forth again on having to upload picture of ID and another picture of me actually holding the ID. This is ridiculous as I'm opening an account and putting money into it, not withdrawing from an account that already exists.
