Outstanding customer service! I had an issue with 2FA authentication for my account that locked me out of my account. In less than 8 hours ChainRift support had a solution which let me into my account and I could reset my 2FA. Thanks!

5 stars: Trust. Clean. Only worthy projects! Community supported! this is an excellent exchange. I trust this exchange and the Chainrift Team. Here's why: Rapid response and help to queries or problems that arise from time to time: esp. through Telegram group. Team research projects and only list crypto and blockchain token projects that are serious about building worthwhile utility or cryptocurrency: BEAM, EOS, WORBLI, TLOS, GRIN to name a few. Crap projects that haven't passed their muster, are simply not listed. Some excellent projects have first listed on Chainrift: Worbli and Telos are two. No WASH trading!!!! The community would see and Chainrift are proactive to stop it: only one account per person. Highly recommend and support!

Best KYC experience out of more than 30 I have passed over 30 KYC processes and the best so far have still taken over 15 minutes, usually it's at least a few hours. The worst are still pending months later and I have given up on these exchanges after 2-3 weeks of waiting. I got my KYC done in 5 minutes on Chainrift! Thank you for a great process!
