DEI had a fantastic experience using… I had a fantastic experience using ChainRift. During the Worbli token sale it was suggested that if people wanted to enter the pre-sale for the WBI tokens to sign up for this particular exchange. Well, I did, and after setting in my order early (The pre-sale began 3am local time for me) I realized after the fact that the amount of EOS that I paid for Worbli tokens was incorrect relative to the actual price of the Worbli tokens themselves. The next day when I checked my balance I did receive the tokens based on my buy order, but I also had an email from ChainRift stating that...and I quote "Due to the high bid order you placed, you paid a bit extra for your Worbli purchase... Good news! We have discussed with the Worbli Foundation team and agreed to credit you extra Worbli tokens to make up for the difference!" Instant loyalty. This is customer service at its highest, meanwhile you have exchanges that nickel and dime you or wait until you put in a decent amount of crypto into your account then trap you behind a KYC wall before you can remove your funds. I will most definitely support this exchange. I've never had an exchange write me a personal email to inform me of my miscalculation and that they will fund me the correct amount based on the EOS I spent. Furthermore, the email wasnt automated. I was emailing back and forth with real representatives as I quickly found out once I entered ChainRift's telegram. The person that I spoke to via email actually welcomed me to the telegram chat when I joined. I support this exchange. I would give more stars if I could. Most definitely a slam dunk first impression. Diamond Simmons

SOWARNING SCAM COMPANY WARNING SCAM COMPANY Last week I was looking to buy some Tezos (XTZ) and a lot of the exchanges holding it looked really dodge. I found ChainRift at some point and I was actually really excited because they looked great. But I guess if it looks to good to be true it probably is. On their website, they have a list of hundreds of wallets you can send money to. I chose to use ETH because the fees were cheaper than BTC. I sent some amount of ETH to the wallet and at first it didn't even show up. This just screams pre-alpha, but whatever. I contacted someone and they fixed the issue. The money showed up on my account. Of course minus the 0.010000 ETH fee they charge for depositing. I did know about this fee beforehand so, nothing wrong with that. However, now, as you might guess. I want to go and trade my ETH for XTZ. Well guess what. You CAN'T. Their website only lets you trade like 2 coins. And ETH isn't one of them. I Email them again asking if I'm missing something, and they go: no you're not missing anything. We just don't allow trading ETH at the moment. Wow. I am completely shocked. They allow depositing ETH (and a million other currencies) but they don't allow you to trade it? I email them back and ask what they were thinking and they basically just say it was a mistake. Fine, whatever they made a mistake. But then when I ask them to give me a refund of my ETH plus the fees I have to pay that is 0.010000 for deposit + 0.010000 for the withdrawal. It's at this point I stop thinking it was a 'mistake' because when I asked them for the refund they just told me I was the one who made the mistake of thinking that I could trade ETH in the first place?! Are they insane.? They allow deposits for a currency that you can do literally nothing with, except pay fees for depositing and withdrawing, and I'm the one that made the mistake? No I don't think this was an accident anymore. I think this was a systematic effort, using dark patterns, to steal your ETH and other coins. I would stay far away from this website, not just because of what happened here, if they had just made a mistake of allowing ETH deposits when you can't actually use ETH, that's one thing. But on top of that they refused to even consider refunding me. To be clear I'm not saying I won't get my ETH, back, I'm saying I won't get the $4 of fees they charged me to deposit then withdraw it. This cost them nothing. I bought nothing, but they got $4. You do this a couple of times and baby you've got a profitable SCAM going.
