Poor tech support In general, the company is not bad, but the technical support does not work very well, and I consider this a huge disadvantage.

Best KYC experience out of more than 30 I have passed over 30 KYC processes and the best so far have still taken over 15 minutes, usually it's at least a few hours. The worst are still pending months later and I have given up on these exchanges after 2-3 weeks of waiting. I got my KYC done in 5 minutes on Chainrift! Thank you for a great process!

The team is dedicated to providing a no BS service, in this space that can harm them, but they are steadfast in their beliefs.
