GBThey closed out my credit card account… They closed out my credit card account for 16 years with no notice or warning. It had been inactive for a while, so I understand they may have wanted to ensure it is still valid, but they have yet to contact me. I am trying to buy a house, and the sudden closure dropped my credit report by 10 points. And now they want to pull my credit to re-open, which will drop it even more.

GBOne of the worst customer services I… One of the worst customer services I have ever delt with. Web Site has a 2-Authenication Method glitch and it has been taking an act of congree to get someone to understand. Their wait times are really bad and when you do get someone it is from another third party customer service vendor that knows nothing about Citi. I am really considering closing my accounts.

GBCitibank Australia - never again!!! Citibank Australia. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Will never use this bank again. Worst customer service I've known and absolutely woeful online banking system. Call centre also disgraceful - can't speak English properly and put you on hold for ages even on international mobile calls. Steer clear of this dodgy bank. Should be zero stars!

GBI was recently diagnosed with stage 4… I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. They did surgery a week ago Tuesday and found massive spread. They closed me back up and gave me 4 to 5 months to live. I've never missed a payment in my life. I called all creditors and made arrangements to get my affairs situated and all balances paid. Hopefully with some consideration for hardship. Every company ACCEPT Citibank offered some help. Citibank, without notice closed my account. What an immoral, dirty, sinful company Citibank is. They literally closed my account because I'm dying of cancer!!!!

GBdon't waste your time there Their customer service is unprofessional, rude and useless. The environment is very poor and you can often hear much noise like someone else's chatting over the phone. You ask them to do something and they tell you it's done, while it turns out nothing has been done later.
