NEVER USE CITIBANK! Don't get sucked into signing up for Citibank card when booking AA flights like I did. They promised a $200 statement credit if I signed up for their card when booking a flight. I did & got approved but they will not honor the $200 credit. Awful, useless non-existent customer service, repeatedly telling me "there's nothing we can do". I cancelled the card. I will never use them or American again as I feel conned. I will stick to Chase and United whom I've used consistently for over 15 years ~ much better service and flights.

home depot credit card- No humans to… home depot credit card- No humans to talk to. Hardly use the card (typically as a back up if I dont have my biz card), because when i do making a payment takes 20 min listening to all the stupid recordings explaining and OVER explaining why they suck and wasting my time.- should be a 2 min call. Inconvenient and seems shady. BS.

Citibank Australia - never again!!! Citibank Australia. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Will never use this bank again. Worst customer service I've known and absolutely woeful online banking system. Call centre also disgraceful - can't speak English properly and put you on hold for ages even on international mobile calls. Steer clear of this dodgy bank. Should be zero stars!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called the customer service line to block a pending transaction and the rep told me it can’t be done. I asked to speak to a manager and he said “please call us back at another time” and hung up. I’ll be closing my card and will not do business at this financial institution. It looks like most of Citi’s customers are having issues with customer service.

They closed out my credit card account… They closed out my credit card account for 16 years with no notice or warning. It had been inactive for a while, so I understand they may have wanted to ensure it is still valid, but they have yet to contact me. I am trying to buy a house, and the sudden closure dropped my credit report by 10 points. And now they want to pull my credit to re-open, which will drop it even more.
