GBPretty good, very reliable I've been banking with Citi for quite some time and not had many problems. Fees are low or non-existent; branch personnel are friendly and helpful. The Double Cash card works just as advertised, and provides a small but welcome bit of extra income every month. Interest rates are not competitive, however, so most of my CDs are elsewhere. I once attempted to open accounts for a housebound relative, and was told they couldn't be opened unless the account holder was present. That seemed odd, considering online accounts don't require you to be present.

GBIt starts with no phone numbers for… It starts with no phone numbers for local branches. 800 line does not give options for customer service. Finally got a human, She did not hear a word of what I said & gave me answers as if she were a robot. Finally she understood she is not proving info, put me through to a "personal financial manager" pompous jerk, with a condescending attitude gave me a lecture about the economy & Covid when i asked for their rates. Would use my mattress before using them.

GBhome depot credit card- No humans to… home depot credit card- No humans to talk to. Hardly use the card (typically as a back up if I dont have my biz card), because when i do making a payment takes 20 min listening to all the stupid recordings explaining and OVER explaining why they suck and wasting my time.- should be a 2 min call. Inconvenient and seems shady. BS.

GBCITI SUCKS! Quite simply, this is NOT a bank for the average, everyday customer. This is a bank that values it's commercial clients over the little guy every time. They lie about interest rates (bait and switch), and don't ever have a dispute with a merchant. They will win every time even when provided with written proof of the issue. There are better credit card deals out there and better banks like Discover that are upfront with their customers about everything, offer competitive interest rates and LISTENS to their customer base. RUN, don't walk away from this bank!!!

GBCitibank Colludes with Fraudsters Four years running now Citibank has allow a fraudulent company to bill a $300 bogus annual subscription to my account. All four years I was required to jump through all kinds of hoops to fix it. Even changed my account number 4 times. They actually gave the fraudsters my new account number and home address. Had to hire an attorney to send a Cease and Desist to their CEO. Even closing my account didn't stop the madness. Citibank just accept the fraud charge anyway and then tried to bill me again anyway even after I have a letter from them confirming its fraud. WHAT?!? Clearly just another greedy bank who doesn't care about their clients at all.
