GBCitibank Colludes with Fraudsters Four years running now Citibank has allow a fraudulent company to bill a $300 bogus annual subscription to my account. All four years I was required to jump through all kinds of hoops to fix it. Even changed my account number 4 times. They actually gave the fraudsters my new account number and home address. Had to hire an attorney to send a Cease and Desist to their CEO. Even closing my account didn't stop the madness. Citibank just accept the fraud charge anyway and then tried to bill me again anyway even after I have a letter from them confirming its fraud. WHAT?!? Clearly just another greedy bank who doesn't care about their clients at all.

GBI called customer service yesterday… I called customer service yesterday about a promo for a new card. I was transferred three times and then hung up on. Why have a great bank with fourth rate customer service? The people I spoke to had very limited English speaking skills. I constantly had to repeat myself. If this is the best you can do, I'll stop using my card. PRH

GBWorst credit card ever Worst credit card ever! I have two citibank credit cards and they cut my limit from $1000 down to $310 on one of my cards. I've never, ever been late on any of my cards. I called and tried to ask them why and the customer service representative didn't even speak good English I cut up both my Citi cards and locked both accounts.(I'm just going to pay them off and never use again) They have an F rating with the BBB and nothing but BAD reviews on google. Don't ever apply for this card! It's trash!

GBOne of the worst customer services I… One of the worst customer services I have ever delt with. Web Site has a 2-Authenication Method glitch and it has been taking an act of congree to get someone to understand. Their wait times are really bad and when you do get someone it is from another third party customer service vendor that knows nothing about Citi. I am really considering closing my accounts.

GBNEVER USE CITIBANK! Don't get sucked into signing up for Citibank card when booking AA flights like I did. They promised a $200 statement credit if I signed up for their card when booking a flight. I did & got approved but they will not honor the $200 credit. Awful, useless non-existent customer service, repeatedly telling me "there's nothing we can do". I cancelled the card. I will never use them or American again as I feel conned. I will stick to Chase and United whom I've used consistently for over 15 years ~ much better service and flights.
