I was recently diagnosed with stage 4… I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. They did surgery a week ago Tuesday and found massive spread. They closed me back up and gave me 4 to 5 months to live. I've never missed a payment in my life. I called all creditors and made arrangements to get my affairs situated and all balances paid. Hopefully with some consideration for hardship. Every company ACCEPT Citibank offered some help. Citibank, without notice closed my account. What an immoral, dirty, sinful company Citibank is. They literally closed my account because I'm dying of cancer!!!!

Finally got a human, She did not hear a word of what I said & gave me answers as if she were a robot. Finally she understood she is not proving info, put me through to a "personal financial manager" pompous jerk, with a condescending attitude gave me a lecture about the economy & Covid when i asked for their rates. Would use my mattress before using them.

don't waste your time there Their customer service is unprofessional, rude and useless. The environment is very poor and you can often hear much noise like someone else's chatting over the phone. You ask them to do something and they tell you it's done, while it turns out nothing has been done later.

Citibank is the worst I have been with Citibank for many years, but the bank has change and itbis terrible now. The customer service is horrible, the international line is even worse. The bank does not offer any protection for fraudulent transactions and actually allow them. They wouldn't investigate and rather close the dispute without communicating their decision to me. Unauthorized transaction made abroad and I supplied proof. They do not care. It used to be a good bank, now is the worst place to put your money. I am closing my accounts and opening a new one with Chase. Stay away.

Worst credit card ever Worst credit card ever! I have two citibank credit cards and they cut my limit from $1000 down to $310 on one of my cards. I've never, ever been late on any of my cards. I called and tried to ask them why and the customer service representative didn't even speak good English I cut up both my Citi cards and locked both accounts.(I'm just going to pay them off and never use again) They have an F rating with the BBB and nothing but BAD reviews on google. Don't ever apply for this card! It's trash!
