Outstanding Dispute Citi failed to credit my account within 5 days of the merchant issuing a $5,000 refund on my card. After opening a dispute they issued a conditional refund until the merchant refund is posted. Short of it is one month later the merchant and conditional refunds are still on my account completely screwing up the balance. I can't pay my bills!!!! I have made 7 calls and escalated it 3 times. The last call I was promised it would be corrected in two days. That was 5 days ago. Pathetic service. Shame on them. Typical greedy corporation focusing on profit centers and not customer facing cost centers. As I wait for someone to do their job I have changed all my auto pay expenses to another card and will not use this card.

Horrendously Difficult Banking! Im not even sure where to begin with Citibank... -App is extremely poor very limited in what you can do -Every time I go to login on the website it takes 3-4 attempts with a 10minute security block out between every time, so I basically cant use this option as it is frustrating as hell -customer service extremely poor -I have to contact the bank via phone (minimum 30min process) every time I want to make a forward payment on a loan! Do yourselves a favour and use anyone but citibank, even if you have to pay more fees / higher rates!

Citibank is the worst I have been with Citibank for many years, but the bank has change and itbis terrible now. The customer service is horrible, the international line is even worse. The bank does not offer any protection for fraudulent transactions and actually allow them. They wouldn't investigate and rather close the dispute without communicating their decision to me. Unauthorized transaction made abroad and I supplied proof. They do not care. It used to be a good bank, now is the worst place to put your money. I am closing my accounts and opening a new one with Chase. Stay away.

Pretty good, very reliable I've been banking with Citi for quite some time and not had many problems. Fees are low or non-existent; branch personnel are friendly and helpful. The Double Cash card works just as advertised, and provides a small but welcome bit of extra income every month. Interest rates are not competitive, however, so most of my CDs are elsewhere. I once attempted to open accounts for a housebound relative, and was told they couldn't be opened unless the account holder was present. That seemed odd, considering online accounts don't require you to be present.

Worst credit card ever Worst credit card ever! I have two citibank credit cards and they cut my limit from $1000 down to $310 on one of my cards. I've never, ever been late on any of my cards. I called and tried to ask them why and the customer service representative didn't even speak good English I cut up both my Citi cards and locked both accounts.(I'm just going to pay them off and never use again) They have an F rating with the BBB and nothing but BAD reviews on google. Don't ever apply for this card! It's trash!
