Worst credit card ever Worst credit card ever! I have two citibank credit cards and they cut my limit from $1000 down to $310 on one of my cards. I've never, ever been late on any of my cards. I called and tried to ask them why and the customer service representative didn't even speak good English I cut up both my Citi cards and locked both accounts.(I'm just going to pay them off and never use again) They have an F rating with the BBB and nothing but BAD reviews on google. Don't ever apply for this card! It's trash!

NEVER USE CITIBANK! Don't get sucked into signing up for Citibank card when booking AA flights like I did. They promised a $200 statement credit if I signed up for their card when booking a flight. I did & got approved but they will not honor the $200 credit. Awful, useless non-existent customer service, repeatedly telling me "there's nothing we can do". I cancelled the card. I will never use them or American again as I feel conned. I will stick to Chase and United whom I've used consistently for over 15 years ~ much better service and flights.

Citibank is absolute garbage Citibank is absolute garbage, a busted automation system on the phone wasted 45 minutes of my time, I talked to a real person on online chat who directed me back to the useless robot. I have my correct info but havent been able to log in for days or receive assistance, cuz you must log in to receive assistance. I'm so pissed. I'm cancelling my card

They pay people for all their positive reviews THIS COMPANY IS ALL KIND OF SHADY AND WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE BUT THEY ALL TELL THE SAME STORY OF HOW WE EITHER GOT SCAMMED OR ALMOST. don't waste your time there Their customer service is unprofessional, rude and useless. The environment is very poor and you can often hear much noise like someone else's chatting over the phone. You ask them to do something and they tell you it's done, while it turns out nothing has been done later.
