GBIt starts with no phone numbers for… It starts with no phone numbers for local branches. 800 line does not give options for customer service. Finally got a human, She did not hear a word of what I said & gave me answers as if she were a robot. Finally she understood she is not proving info, put me through to a "personal financial manager" pompous jerk, with a condescending attitude gave me a lecture about the economy & Covid when i asked for their rates. Would use my mattress before using them.

ESCitibank is the worst I have been with Citibank for many years, but the bank has change and itbis terrible now. The customer service is horrible, the international line is even worse. The bank does not offer any protection for fraudulent transactions and actually allow them. They wouldn't investigate and rather close the dispute without communicating their decision to me. Unauthorized transaction made abroad and I supplied proof. They do not care. It used to be a good bank, now is the worst place to put your money. I am closing my accounts and opening a new one with Chase. Stay away.

CAThey pay people for all their positive reviews THIS COMPANY IS ALL KIND OF SHADY AND WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE BUT THEY ALL TELL THE SAME STORY OF HOW WE EITHER GOT SCAMMED OR ALMOST. THEY ARE BAD NEWS AND I WOULDN'T ADVICE ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. $70,000 HELD IN THEIR POSSESSION BECAUSE I REFUSED TO PAY THE RIDICULOUS CHARGES THEY CAME UP WITH OUT OF THIN AIR. IT TOOK FILING A DISPUTE AGAINST THEM WITH { LEGAL___ASSET __CONSULT_} **** FOR A RE,COUP

GBCitibank Australia - never again!!! Citibank Australia. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Will never use this bank again. Worst customer service I've known and absolutely woeful online banking system. Call centre also disgraceful - can't speak English properly and put you on hold for ages even on international mobile calls. Steer clear of this dodgy bank. Should be zero stars!

GBThey closed out my credit card account… They closed out my credit card account for 16 years with no notice or warning. It had been inactive for a while, so I understand they may have wanted to ensure it is still valid, but they have yet to contact me. I am trying to buy a house, and the sudden closure dropped my credit report by 10 points. And now they want to pull my credit to re-open, which will drop it even more.
