TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called the customer service line to block a pending transaction and the rep told me it can’t be done. I asked to speak to a manager and he said “please call us back at another time” and hung up. I’ll be closing my card and will not do business at this financial institution. It looks like most of Citi’s customers are having issues with customer service.

Hardly use the card (typically as a back up if I dont have my biz card), because when i do making a payment takes 20 min listening to all the stupid recordings explaining and OVER explaining why they suck and wasting my time.- should be a 2 min call. Inconvenient and seems shady. BS.

Web Site has a 2-Authenication Method glitch and it has been taking an act of congree to get someone to understand. Their wait times are really bad and when you do get someone it is from another third party customer service vendor that knows nothing about Citi. I am really considering closing my accounts.

Citibank Australia - never again!!! Citibank Australia. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Will never use this bank again. Worst customer service I've known and absolutely woeful online banking system. Call centre also disgraceful - can't speak English properly and put you on hold for ages even on international mobile calls. Steer clear of this dodgy bank. Should be zero stars!

Worst credit card ever Worst credit card ever! I have two citibank credit cards and they cut my limit from $1000 down to $310 on one of my cards. I've never, ever been late on any of my cards. I called and tried to ask them why and the customer service representative didn't even speak good English I cut up both my Citi cards and locked both accounts.(I'm just going to pay them off and never use again) They have an F rating with the BBB and nothing but BAD reviews on google. Don't ever apply for this card! It's trash!
