I called customer service yesterday… I called customer service yesterday about a promo for a new card. I was transferred three times and then hung up on. Why have a great bank with fourth rate customer service? The people I spoke to had very limited English speaking skills. I constantly had to repeat myself. If this is the best you can do, I'll stop using my card. PRH

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called the customer service line to block a pending transaction and the rep told me it can’t be done. I asked to speak to a manager and he said “please call us back at another time” and hung up. I’ll be closing my card and will not do business at this financial institution. It looks like most of Citi’s customers are having issues with customer service.

Hardly use the card (typically as a back up if I dont have my biz card), because when i do making a payment takes 20 min listening to all the stupid recordings explaining and OVER explaining why they suck and wasting my time.- should be a 2 min call. Finally got a human, She did not hear a word of what I said & gave me answers as if she were a robot. Finally she understood she is not proving info, put me through to a "personal financial manager" pompous jerk, with a condescending attitude gave me a lecture about the economy & Covid when i asked for their rates. Would use my mattress before using them.

Citibank is absolute garbage Citibank is absolute garbage, a busted automation system on the phone wasted 45 minutes of my time, I talked to a real person on online chat who directed me back to the useless robot. I have my correct info but havent been able to log in for days or receive assistance, cuz you must log in to receive assistance. I'm so pissed. I'm cancelling my card
