TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called the customer service line to block a pending transaction and the rep told me it can’t be done. I asked to speak to a manager and he said “please call us back at another time” and hung up. I’ll be closing my card and will not do business at this financial institution. It looks like most of Citi’s customers are having issues with customer service.

They pay people for all their positive reviews THIS COMPANY IS ALL KIND OF SHADY AND WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE BUT THEY ALL TELL THE SAME STORY OF HOW WE EITHER GOT SCAMMED OR ALMOST. THEY ARE BAD NEWS AND I WOULDN'T ADVICE ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. $70,000 HELD IN THEIR POSSESSION BECAUSE I REFUSED TO PAY THE RIDICULOUS CHARGES THEY CAME UP WITH OUT OF THIN AIR. Worst credit card ever Worst credit card ever! I have two citibank credit cards and they cut my limit from $1000 down to $310 on one of my cards. I've never, ever been late on any of my cards. I called and tried to ask them why and the customer service representative didn't even speak good English I cut up both my Citi cards and locked both accounts.(I'm just going to pay them off and never use again) They have an F rating with the BBB and nothing but BAD reviews on google. Don't ever apply for this card! It's trash!

Quite good banking solution no matter… Quite good banking solution no matter how do you look at it, I just wish that all of them will be really like that anyway cause in some other cases it should be really something like that matter anyway. Where else we could do something with such things ? I do not really understand what it is.

Pretty good, very reliable I've been banking with Citi for quite some time and not had many problems. Fees are low or non-existent; branch personnel are friendly and helpful. The Double Cash card works just as advertised, and provides a small but welcome bit of extra income every month. Interest rates are not competitive, however, so most of my CDs are elsewhere. I once attempted to open accounts for a housebound relative, and was told they couldn't be opened unless the account holder was present. That seemed odd, considering online accounts don't require you to be present.
