Unfortunately , there is no other way for Filipinos to access a fair btc wallet since most of them are banned here , like Coinbase ( Philippines is included in the restricted users list , so we can not trade nor purchase coins from there. )

PHDO NO USE COINS.PH AT ALL COSTS! Had a really terrible experience with their customer support. Laging failed transaction kapag bibili ka ng load or magbabayad ng bills. Sa crypto services naman, don't even bother and take your business elsewhere. Sobrang bagal ng processing kung hindi failed. Mind din na hindi safe ang crypto sa Coins dahil hindi niyo hawak yung keys. Lagi pang maintenance kaya di mo rin mabenta yung binili mong crypto! WORST! USE OTHER E-WALLETS INSTEAD!

The system work fine until i deposit big amount of money (my account is address verified) then I had credit issue until customers support not even care or they just reply very slow. PHIt Helps Based on my real experience on the site, it is good. But when I've compared the rates on buying bitcoins from other crypto wallet, the price of Bitcoin buying here is really too high. I have no choice but If I am here in the Philippines I am obliged to use the site for faster transaction less additional conversion percentage. Meaning if I am using Coinsph if within Philippines I can easily convert Bitcoins to Philippine Pesos Currency, then send an amount to my ATM or any available bank to spend it. Hope my review helps.

PHTerrible service I used to use coins a lot. Then they throttled my account without warning and demanded I complete their KYC procedure because I'd passed an imaginary limit they wouldn't define and none of their staff seemed to know about. I refused their KYC because it was too invasive. Since then, I have been harassed on a monthly basis by their staff, demanding I fill out their list of requirements like "please list all your international assets" Their customer service is rubbish. Staff are argumentative and unhelpful. There is no way to make complaints, it's clear senior management doesn't care about their customers.
