Great Experience Every person I have worked with over the phone at AFS has been great. Any time I called to make an extra payment, they would be genuinely excited for me. They must have a great company culture and have a team of individuals who actually care about helping people. They negotiated a payment plan for 6 years at half the normal interest rate for my 2 credit cards. I was able to pay it off in 3.5 years. Highly recommend using this company.

I was quoted one affordable monthly bill which at first seemed a little overwhelming but I made it a priority each month for a couple of years and now I am debt free and my credit is on the rise!! I chose to go with AFS because they are a non profit. I chose to go with AFS because they are a nonprofit and didn't come across as predatory. Every time I had a question, I called and a representative was always kind and helpful. When I was able to pay my debt down earlier than expected, they were accommodating and made it easy.

AFS is a ray of hope in a dark situation… It’s a shame more people don’t know about AFS. We got into a bad financial position due to some life traumas and were desperate for help. Through some Google research I came across AFS. I was very skeptical and waited for months before actually signing up. I just couldn’t believe that creditors would lower my interest rates and work with me when I wasn’t even behind. Everything AFS told me was true. It’s hard work!
