Typical Government Confusion Andrew made this frustrating mess of a parent student loan easy. Explained the entire process so it made sense. I am a senior with a spouse with Dementia. My income is based on my SSA income. Again Andrew fully explained in detail what my hardship/income may qualify me for. I got nowhere with each servicecer, as they handed me off to another. I tried to explain again with much frustration. Andrew calmed me down, made sense of the situation and explained in detail my options. I feel fortunate to find a person of his caliber as I had almost given up!!

Excellent Customer Service & Very Informative I received a call today and initially was very skeptical. After speaking to Jerrell Sims at length. I had may questions and concerns, but definitely needed help. He was so calm, patient and informative. It felt good to speak to someone who was concerned with me and my financial well being, and didn't make me feel like an irrelevant person. Hung up the phone feeling accomplished and at ease.
