GBI needed help then 2018 ...I spoke with… I needed help then 2018 ...I spoke with several people yo explain the vantage program because that was the very first time I needed help badly also I was very concerned if this is l legit. Progaram started but there was a certain time that I had to wait for sometime if I will be able to go thru because other creditors are harder to settle so I asked for somebody whom I can talk to have more explanation on what's happening..the person who called me back was so patient to explain what's going on and what I have to expect.This person was Derek who up to the last day I paid the final payment was there to let me know that I graduated and I don't have to pay nor worry anything ..,zIm SO THANKFUL TO DEREK AND EVERYONE IN VANTAGE HELPING ME ..I DID IT..

GBOverall acceptable Overall, they did a pretty good job. They were prompt in taking money from my account and did a pretty decent job of helping to reduce my debt. The only complaint that I had during the whole course of events was that they made an error and charged me an extra six (6) months of payments and I still don’t exactly know why.
