Overall acceptable Overall, they did a pretty good job. They were prompt in taking money from my account and did a pretty decent job of helping to reduce my debt. The only complaint that I had during the whole course of events was that they made an error and charged me an extra six (6) months of payments and I still don’t exactly know why.

No one wants to be in this shameful… No one wants to be in this shameful situation, yet it happens. Divorce, job loss, health issues, and medical bills can tap out the best laid plans. Yet, with Vantage Acceptance, there was NO shame! They were helpful with drafts, helpful when drafts needed to be changed, and overall, they WILL, and DO work for you! Got the job done I started with vantage in a tight spot. They were very helpful, straight forward and professional at all times. Also they allowed me to finish years sooner than planned without penalty. Only thing I’d change is having a site or app to follow along. Something to help you remember how much is left or see the results of you paying more than required and things of that nature.
