Helped my Credit This company helped me to resolve debt that I struggled to get under control. The plan was just as explained to me, there were no surprises with the plan. Vantage Acceptance made arrangements with my creditors for amounts under which was owed. I was able to shave about $4,000 from my original debt by using this company. Hopefully, I will not have to go through this again, but if I got into the situation again, I would contact Vantage Acceptance.

Light at the end of the tunnel I was recommended to this company when I didn't know how to tackle my credit card debt ,when I was in an awful financial situation. I was relieved when I signed up because I couldn't afford the minimum payments and wasn't getting anywhere. Everyone was very helpful all the way through the program. Payments were very affordable for my budget. The only thing I wish I knew at the beginning that you have to just stop paying the cards and watching them turn delinquent for so long was panicking for me. The amount I turned in accumulated. In the end great settlement amounts we're a huge relief. People have to realize their credit will plummet but will turn around at the end of the program. Now that it's over I'm thankful for the option when I needed it.

Debt free and grateful It is always intimidating to face a mountain of debt. Vantage clearly communicated all expectations and they followed through with everything they presented. I’m now debt free and grateful for the excellent staff and service.

Overall acceptable Overall, they did a pretty good job. They were prompt in taking money from my account and did a pretty decent job of helping to reduce my debt. The only complaint that I had during the whole course of events was that they made an error and charged me an extra six (6) months of payments and I still don’t exactly know why.
