Thank you Vantage Acceptance! I have had the best experience with Vantage Acceptance! They know exactly what they are doing. They are the best at what they do! From the very first day I became part of the program, they had been with me every step of the way. Never felt that I was alone during those challenging times over the last few years! I had an unexpected issue with one of my accounts at the end but they immediately fixed it and everything got resolved in less than 48 hours!! Thanks a million to Maria, Derek, Tina, Andy, Peter, Beth, and the rest of Vantage Acceptance team! 10/10 Stars!

Light at the end of the tunnel I was recommended to this company when I didn't know how to tackle my credit card debt ,when I was in an awful financial situation. I was relieved when I signed up because I couldn't afford the minimum payments and wasn't getting anywhere. Everyone was very helpful all the way through the program. Payments were very affordable for my budget. The only thing I wish I knew at the beginning that you have to just stop paying the cards and watching them turn delinquent for so long was panicking for me. The amount I turned in accumulated. In the end great settlement amounts we're a huge relief. People have to realize their credit will plummet but will turn around at the end of the program. Now that it's over I'm thankful for the option when I needed it.

Debt free and grateful It is always intimidating to face a mountain of debt. Vantage clearly communicated all expectations and they followed through with everything they presented. I’m now debt free and grateful for the excellent staff and service.

Overall acceptable Overall, they did a pretty good job. They were prompt in taking money from my account and did a pretty decent job of helping to reduce my debt. The only complaint that I had during the whole course of events was that they made an error and charged me an extra six (6) months of payments and I still don’t exactly know why.
