From the very first day I became part of the program, they had been with me every step of the way. Never felt that I was alone during those challenging times over the last few years! I had an unexpected issue with one of my accounts at the end but they immediately fixed it and everything got resolved in less than 48 hours!! Overall acceptable Overall, they did a pretty good job. They were prompt in taking money from my account and did a pretty decent job of helping to reduce my debt. The only complaint that I had during the whole course of events was that they made an error and charged me an extra six (6) months of payments and I still don’t exactly know why.

Got the job done I started with vantage in a tight spot. They were very helpful, straight forward and professional at all times. Also they allowed me to finish years sooner than planned without penalty. Only thing I’d change is having a site or app to follow along. Something to help you remember how much is left or see the results of you paying more than required and things of that nature.
