Overall acceptable Overall, they did a pretty good job. They were prompt in taking money from my account and did a pretty decent job of helping to reduce my debt. The only complaint that I had during the whole course of events was that they made an error and charged me an extra six (6) months of payments and I still don’t exactly know why.

Vantage Acceptance is Honest Company The represenatives that I delt with were knowlegable, curteous, and kind, several times I could not make my payment on the due date, but a represenative worked with me. I had lost my job during Covid and thanks be to God I was able to get this debt paid. I want to sincerely thank each and everyone that had a hand in working with me.

One of the best decision I ever made One of the best decision I ever made. It was streamlining. Derek was a great person to talk and work with whenever I had questions he answered them right away, and kept in touch with me when things changed, so I was always abreast of what was going on? I appreciate you much and have recommended your services to family members.

Light at the end of the tunnel I was recommended to this company when I didn't know how to tackle my credit card debt ,when I was in an awful financial situation. I was relieved when I signed up because I couldn't afford the minimum payments and wasn't getting anywhere. Everyone was very helpful all the way through the program. Payments were very affordable for my budget. The only thing I wish I knew at the beginning that you have to just stop paying the cards and watching them turn delinquent for so long was panicking for me. The amount I turned in accumulated. In the end great settlement amounts we're a huge relief. People have to realize their credit will plummet but will turn around at the end of the program. Now that it's over I'm thankful for the option when I needed it.
