I was confused about my account I was confused about my account. Moon gave me some of the most amazing service I have ever had from any company I've worked with. I was going to END my program. She was very sincere and was able to nail down the fine details of what I was searching for in 3-4 minutes!!! This is rare and a reflection of your culture there. She even went the extra mile and looked at an email I sent to ANOTHER REP!!! And even researched my question. AMAZING!!! That's customer service at ITS FINEST!!!
