Smooth refinancing process and lovely support team! (This is referencing the support team experience from inquiry to signing, not the rates or program at large) The application itself was thorough and self explanatory. Documents and statuses were easy to find and upload. I’ve financed loans with a few vendors and this was the first where I had a dedicated representative who supported my case with updates on my status, documents I needed, and nuances to be aware of. Stan, one of the Student Loan Advisors, was an absolute delight. He was active, attentive, and supportive and made the process so smooth with the underwriting team. They also were able to look at the rates of another loan I had and helped me refinance that one!
