Affordable interest rates and efficient people Spent long hours trying to find a good rate for refinancing loans for my son, finally found it and thanks to ELFI! It took very little time from start to end. All along had help from customer service representatives like Stan Mitchell and many others who were very patient with my questions and helped me resolve my issues very efficiently. They are nothing but just highly professional and efficient people dedicated to the purpose of helping people like us. Thank you all!

An easy experience and great rates The application process was easy. ELF also communicates with you with instructions for all followup steps. You are assigned a Student Loan Advisor who is available to help with any questions you may have and stays with you throughout the loan process. Excellent experience!

Spammed with emails that are outdated… Spammed with emails that are outdated for what is required of the loan. Still getting emails to sign and upload documents although everything is completed. The employee who was assigned to my loan didnt read my emails or provide any help. Took 4 emails for him to get an address right. Started at the beggining of January. Still waiting for the loan, so its silly to ask for a review and ITS STILL NOT DONE. Had better customer service at a dollar general. I would've cancelled and gone with a different compnay except i didnt want another credit score check. Sucks im stuck here now.

100% recommend ELFI This process was so easy and quick I was amazed! My student loan advisor Kait reached out to me the next morning after I applied and explained the next steps and a timeline/what to expect. I had variable rate loans that were just getting unmanageably high and needed a fixed rate. I had looked into banking institutions in my area but found a much better rate and lower monthly payment through ELFI. The best part is that it only extended my original payment length by one more year. I can't say enough good things about the process, my student loan advisor really made this incredibly pleasant and easy. Kait emailed and texted me as soon as I was approved too which was really personal and nice given the automated world we live in now.
