GBI’ve never had a credit collector send… I’ve never had a credit collector send me a text with payment plan options I hate talking on the phone and it’s what normally holds me back from reaching out to company’s especially collectors and being able to communicate via text took a lot of the stress out of it for me! Thank you

GBThey do not give credit if you pay… They do not give credit if you pay extra or early. I set up an arrangement and made a payment before my first payment was due. The second payment was drafted as agreed. However, the final payment they attempted was for the full amount originally scheduled, not taking into consideration that I had made an early payment thus making my final balance less than my final payment amount. When I try to call, I get several rings and then a disconnection. When I try to email, I receive a message telling me to call.

GBTreated with Respect Halsted Financial Services was so easy to work with. They give you a handful of choices to accommodate. You can even select your own payment plan. I didn't feel like a criminal. I was treated like a human being with respect and I appreciate it.
