GBTHANKS!! Thank you for the opportunity to clear out this debt. Since Covid it has been very hard to get bills paid. I had to concentrate on the bills that allowed me to live in my home and buy groceries. It’s great to see a company that really wants to help. It is so sad that companies are so excited to give you a loan and then are hateful when you are having trouble. I have always paid my bills, so to go through this period of time where I wasn’t able to do that has been the hardest time in my life. Once again, Thank you. You rock!

GBI’ve never had a credit collector send… I’ve never had a credit collector send me a text with payment plan options I hate talking on the phone and it’s what normally holds me back from reaching out to company’s especially collectors and being able to communicate via text took a lot of the stress out of it for me! Thank you

GBI wish all collection agencies operated… I wish all collection agencies operated like they do. They worked with me on a payment option without hesitation and it is greatly appreciated. I don’t mind paying my outstanding bill to those act like they actually care and can understand people go through tough times.

CODid not have to deal with some… Did not have to deal with some ignorant, unethical, person who will try to use bully tactics for payment. Additionally I save 100$ on my first payment.
