I wish all collection agencies operated… I wish all collection agencies operated like they do. They worked with me on a payment option without hesitation and it is greatly appreciated. I don’t mind paying my outstanding bill to those act like they actually care and can understand people go through tough times.

I had to concentrate on the bills that allowed me to live in my home and buy groceries. It’s great to see a company that really wants to help. It is so sad that companies are so excited to give you a loan and then are hateful when you are having trouble.
