I’ve never had a credit collector send… I’ve never had a credit collector send me a text with payment plan options I hate talking on the phone and it’s what normally holds me back from reaching out to company’s especially collectors and being able to communicate via text took a lot of the stress out of it for me! THANKS!! Thank you for the opportunity to clear out this debt. Since Covid it has been very hard to get bills paid. I had to concentrate on the bills that allowed me to live in my home and buy groceries. It’s great to see a company that really wants to help. It is so sad that companies are so excited to give you a loan and then are hateful when you are having trouble.
