GBI’ve never had a credit collector send… I’ve never had a credit collector send me a text with payment plan options I hate talking on the phone and it’s what normally holds me back from reaching out to company’s especially collectors and being able to communicate via text took a lot of the stress out of it for me! GBThey have been easy to work with… They have been easy to work with through email and the website. The only downside today was I had my card locked because it was missing I unlocked it and went online to pay it but had to choose a new payment plan when this would have been my last payment.

GBI wish all collection agencies operated… I wish all collection agencies operated like they do. They worked with me on a payment option without hesitation and it is greatly appreciated. I don’t mind paying my outstanding bill to those act like they actually care and can understand people go through tough times.
