GBTHANKS!! Thank you for the opportunity to clear out this debt. Since Covid it has been very hard to get bills paid. I had to concentrate on the bills that allowed me to live in my home and buy groceries. It’s great to see a company that really wants to help. It is so sad that companies are so excited to give you a loan and then are hateful when you are having trouble. I have always paid my bills, so to go through this period of time where I wasn’t able to do that has been the hardest time in my life. Once again, Thank you. You rock!

GBThey do not give credit if you pay… They do not give credit if you pay extra or early. I set up an arrangement and made a payment before my first payment was due. The second payment was drafted as agreed. However, the final payment they attempted was for the full amount originally scheduled, not taking into consideration that I had made an early payment thus making my final balance less than my final payment amount. When I try to call, I get several rings and then a disconnection. When I try to email, I receive a message telling me to call.
