They have been easy to work with… They have been easy to work with through email and the website. The only downside today was I had my card locked because it was missing I unlocked it and went online to pay it but had to choose a new payment plan when this would have been my last payment.

Did not have to deal with some… Did not have to deal with some ignorant, unethical, person who will try to use bully tactics for payment. Additionally I save 100$ on my first payment.

I wish all collection agencies operated… I wish all collection agencies operated like they do. They worked with me on a payment option without hesitation and it is greatly appreciated. I don’t mind paying my outstanding bill to those act like they actually care and can understand people go through tough times.

I had to concentrate on the bills that allowed me to live in my home and buy groceries. It’s great to see a company that really wants to help. It is so sad that companies are so excited to give you a loan and then are hateful when you are having trouble. I have always paid my bills, so to go through this period of time where I wasn’t able to do that has been the hardest time in my life. Once again, Thank you. You rock!
