I’ve never had a credit collector send… I’ve never had a credit collector send me a text with payment plan options I hate talking on the phone and it’s what normally holds me back from reaching out to company’s especially collectors and being able to communicate via text took a lot of the stress out of it for me! Flexible options to meet my budget It was great to have several payment options to make sure my account was paid in full as quickly as possible and still within the confines of my tight budget. It was quick and easy to do it, in my own timing, on the computer, rather than through a phone call when I was trying to work.

I had to concentrate on the bills that allowed me to live in my home and buy groceries. It’s great to see a company that really wants to help.
