GBI wish all collection agencies operated… I wish all collection agencies operated like they do. They worked with me on a payment option without hesitation and it is greatly appreciated. GBTHANKS!! Thank you for the opportunity to clear out this debt. Since Covid it has been very hard to get bills paid. I had to concentrate on the bills that allowed me to live in my home and buy groceries. It’s great to see a company that really wants to help. It is so sad that companies are so excited to give you a loan and then are hateful when you are having trouble.
