GBI wish all collection agencies operated… I wish all collection agencies operated like they do. They worked with me on a payment option without hesitation and it is greatly appreciated. I don’t mind paying my outstanding bill to those act like they actually care and can understand people go through tough times.

GBI’ve never had a credit collector send… I’ve never had a credit collector send me a text with payment plan options I hate talking on the phone and it’s what normally holds me back from reaching out to company’s especially collectors and being able to communicate via text took a lot of the stress out of it for me!
