They have been easy to work with… They have been easy to work with through email and the website. The only downside today was I had my card locked because it was missing I unlocked it and went online to pay it but had to choose a new payment plan when this would have been my last payment.

Where understanding helps I was so behind that this company helped me get my payments paid every month. They are very understanding and that’s what counted!!! Thank you!!!

Flexible options to meet my budget It was great to have several payment options to make sure my account was paid in full as quickly as possible and still within the confines of my tight budget. It was quick and easy to do it, in my own timing, on the computer, rather than through a phone call when I was trying to work.

They do not give credit if you pay… They do not give credit if you pay extra or early. I set up an arrangement and made a payment before my first payment was due. The second payment was drafted as agreed. However, the final payment they attempted was for the full amount originally scheduled, not taking into consideration that I had made an early payment thus making my final balance less than my final payment amount. When I try to call, I get several rings and then a disconnection. When I try to email, I receive a message telling me to call.
