GBThey do not give credit if you pay… They do not give credit if you pay extra or early. I set up an arrangement and made a payment before my first payment was due. The second payment was drafted as agreed. However, the final payment they attempted was for the full amount originally scheduled, not taking into consideration that I had made an early payment thus making my final balance less than my final payment amount. When I try to call, I get several rings and then a disconnection. When I try to email, I receive a message telling me to call.

GBThe Developer’s and Engineers of this… The Developer’s and Engineers of this mobile app, have done a great job of understanding the human experience. This app allows for a user to see their options and make informed decisions. I wish every bill payment experience was like this.

GBThey have been easy to work with… They have been easy to work with through email and the website. The only downside today was I had my card locked because it was missing I unlocked it and went online to pay it but had to choose a new payment plan when this would have been my last payment.
