GBI recently wrote a review of Elevate… I recently wrote a review of Elevate Financethat was absolutely accurate at the time it was written. It was not a very favorable review and Elevate did not like it. Since then they have contacted me and settled one of my accounts. They have also alerted their legal department concerning one of my accounts. I appreciate the action they have taken recently. I just wish there was more communication regularly from them concerning my accounts.Updates on what is happening with them would be much appreciated. I’d like to know which ones they are focusing on for example. this process is very stressful and I know that Elevate knows that. It was six months before I heard anything about any of my accounts that is too long. As they have requested, I will remove my unfavorable review since they have now taken action on my behalf.

GBMatt was very professional and answered… Matt was very professional and answered all questions I had. I was concerned that I would look like a deadbeat but it was just the opposite. He made me feel very comfortable and understood why I accumulated so much debt

GBSo far in my experience with Gracia has… So far in my experience with Gracia has been a very positive experience. She thoroughly explained the process and answered any and all of my questions in a very kind and professional manner. I hope this is the beginning of getting my finances back in control although I know it will take time.

GBI have been using elevate for little… I have been using elevate for little over a year and was somewhat satisfied with them till recently. Most of my cards have not gotten resolved and have emailed my coach for over 2 weeks and cant get him on the phone to tell me whats going on. Im think of moving to another company unless they start resolving my debts...
