Amairany is amazing! Amairany was super helpful and sweet. She was very understanding about my unfortunate circumstance, which made me feel better my situation. She also was able to resolve my issue with ease, clearly communicated procedures/policies, and patiently gave instructions for managing future issues should they occur. I have been with Continental Credit for… I have been with Continental Credit for a few yrs and it has been great I had bad credit and I finished with amazing credit. I had A few team members help me. When I had questions. But the main customer service Representative for me was named was Vincent Chavez he was great very friendly. Answered all my questions and patient with me 😊 I would Recommend Continental credit repair with five stars

Fraudulent and scam, stay away When my wife and I Joined in 2020, they promised me my credit would fix within 12-18 months. Unfortunately, they won’t keep their word. They respond very fast when we call, and also have delightful talk, it's a trap, when you ask about anything, we will be fixed within a couple of months but this never happened. This company is fraudulent, and you can see your credit scores high on their credit report. But they are doing some tricky ways to show all these increases when you approach a bank for a loan, the real report will be completely different. Because these people doing fraud on your credit report and it shows a high score. For almost 30 months they loot $5050 but never fixed my actual issue. Please stay away from these frauds. They rip you, it's a real friend request. See my current score screenshot.

I don't normally write reviews because… I don't normally write reviews because I find it hard to be helpful to others due to the large presence of fake reviews. This review is based on 2 separate home buying successes from 2014 until 2023. I tried out 3 separate similar agencies and this is the only one to not just take my money. The important thing is to be patient first and lastly build a rapport with one of the staff by securing reasonable expectations. If you stick with this company you will find a goldmine of help. Daniel was my biggest asset and my scores improved steadily over 100-200 points in the last 2 years. The last 100 points plus was just in the last 6 months. Yes it is frustrating but remember it's easy to mess up your credit but extremely difficult to have things removed. I have a background in finance and I kept a open mind and learned much better ways to negotiate my credit by learning and not repeating my mistakes thanks to Daniel and Continental Credit. I hope this review is helpful to others.

90 Days Progress was made! I started working with Continental Credit in December of 2022 and it is now February 28, 2023. Given my credit profile (after messing up my credit listening to a credit consolidation company), Continental did get some things removed from my reports in a very short period time. Today I spoke with Kalia who was very respectful, a good listener, and understood the fact that I wanted to come off the program for a few months while I pay some things off my report. I know I have read reviews that you get hassled when you want out, but not wit Kalia! She made my experience come to a smooth end, until I come back! Thank you Kalia you are the best I spoke with at Continental!
