All of the staff that I have… All of the staff that I have communicated with have been very nice and very helpful! The company has been working their buts off to get my credit situation sorted! They have done amazing with communication and resiliency!

Great service This is my first time using a company like this. I can say that every one that has been working on my case is and has been very helpful not to mention very personal. I do like that they have a number that you can call and actually speak with someone and it's not an answering service that takes you round and round before you get to actually speak with a person. Yes I would recommend continental credit to anyone in need of there services.

Cancellation experience Credit services provided were fine. The only way to term Continental Credit services in the agreement that I signed was by US Mail which by itself is suspicious in this day and age. Continental Credit agrees that they received by written cancelation in January of 2023 but claims that during one of the calls they initiated to save the account I agreed to extend. Although they say the call was recorded they won't give it to me unless we go to Arbitration.

Amazing company Continental Credit has some of the best employees I have had the pleaser working with. From 2021 to now, any concerns or questions I have they are more than willing to take the time to answer any and all questions. Excellent costumer service! I have never had a rude agent which during this day an age it’s rare. This company has shown me that they truly care about me & want my business. They make it easy and fast to get ahold of them & they truly value their costumers, & that is hard to find now days. Keep up that amazing work! They also have given me a restart that I never knew could happen, with out all the hard work that the continental credit team has done on behalf of me I wouldn’t have some of the things I have today!
